Service writer was very professional and courteous. Vehicle was completed with in the expected time frame. only complaint is Oil change personnel did not reset oil service life gage.

Good service, friendly person
When I first got there I was greeted by a friendly man. Got a ride to Best Buy by another social and friendly worker. After returning my car had the check engine light on. They had me pull in and get it taken care of before I left. Great business.

Bait and switch
They had an Internet ad that listed a vehicle that was significantly lower than it was supposed to be. The ad was listed for well over 24 hours and they had countless people come in to purchase a vehicle, only to have them switch the price and say they won’t honor it but will sell it for a different price. When I pointed this out, they blocked me on their Facebook page a refused to work with me or the others involved.

Sales team took advantage of my grandson
Grandson leased his first new vehicle last week. a 2019 Dodge Ram ..4 hr process. Test drove two new units off the lot. Part of pitch was “ all our new pickups get a Tonneu cover” which test units had. Made the deal, but they needed to get the unit from another dealer. Didn’t have a tonneau cover on it, but sales staff said they would work it out..maybe off another unit in Stock on their lot. Didn’t happen.. Grandson went to get pickup on Monday.. sales team pushed to close that deal w/o cover and did.. several discussions got nowhere.. $500 “their cost”.. good lesson learned — sales people ... Manager should have stepped up and made it good..
