Do not buy from Lithia Dodge of Grand Forks!! I bought a 2016 jeep three months ago. My battery went out the next day after buying it. The headlights were burnt out two days later. The window motor went out two weeks after i bought it. Not only this but now my engine is misfiring. The salesman who sold me this car was bragging to a girl little did he know she was my friend saying "this girl wont leave me alone about this xxxxty car I sold her" and SHE KNEW EVERYTHING that was wrong with it so I KNOW HE TOLD HER!!!!! I Called to speak with his manager and he said he would call me back and get to the bottom of it and nope, no call back!!!! I AM DISCUSTED.

I have to say thank you to Greg Wicken! I was in town visiting my daughter and had a battery issue! He was able to fit me in even though they were busy! I was able to get back home in time for work! Thank you guys!

I am currently on day 44. Waiting to get the issue I am having with the Ram I got last July. It should be warranty work. Every time I call for an update the service person says let me make a couple calls and get back to you. Yet they NEVER call back

Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealer.
Terrible customer service after they sell you a used vehicle. Problems with my used truck shortly after I bought it. Can't get answers to very simple questions. Do not buy from this dealer.

Avoid at all Costs
Would not recommend purchasing from this Company. I had purchased my vehicle not even a year ago with the understanding that the previous owner had an accident and the vehicle had been repaired in its entirety. I recently brought my vehicle in for some paint touch up and found a different story all together. The "repair" literally had things zip tied into place. This company has refused to compensate me for the cost of the parts needed and the labor to go with it. As a result, I will not be a returning customer nor would I recommend this company to anyone. They have not been helpful and will do any underhanded tactic they can get away with it.

Would not recommend purchasing from this Company. Stay Away from Lithia
I am in the middle of a 5 month process of buying a car with Lithia that came with a 2 month warranty. They have had it a total of two months. Each time I get it back for minor warranty repairs, the original problem has not been fixed and it comes back with more issues. And, they keep it for weeks at a time. The last time I got it back, two original issues still remain. Managers do not call back. The car buying experience itself was ok, but the service is an embarrassment, or would be if management cared. I just want the issues with my car fixed and the ordeal to be over with.

Good service, excellent staff
I saw a preowned car on car.com and was directed to Lithia, it was at 5pm, by 4pm next day, I was test driving the car and drove off their lot at 5:30pm. The process was seem less and the staff was highly professional. I will Brandon to handle car purchase to anyone.

Buyer Beware
Horrible experience. We will never shop here again. Our warranty repair work took 2 months to complete, and we ended up paying more than the deductible out of pocket. Considering we had just bought it, we asked if they would cover part of the repair cost, and they would not. I feel a dealership should stand behind what they sell, and should have made this right in some way.
