Very nice, friendly, professional service advisor. I was the second vehicle at the "Quick Lube" (or some similar name) - well before they opened. I was informed that there would only be one bay open as they only had one service tech there that day. The job was well done and the service manager was great - but with only one bay open, it took over an hour for an oil change $ tire rotation.

I called and got the day to bring the car in when the date and time worked for me. When I arrived they were able to get to my car right away and din;t take them long at all to get it done.

Brought my 2013 Dodge Dart in for a lack of power problem. They identified the issue, and corrected it. Also took the time to ensure the majority of the repair was covered and paid for by the extended warranty (non-factory). Car runs like new! Other service for other vehicles has always been top notch. Definitely recommend Lithia
