Bought a jeep from the dealer with the lifetime oil change option and love it!

Our dealer was very knowledgeable about the Jeep Cherokee we were interested in. My husband and I wanted a certain style and color and he made sure we got it. We would refer people to Don for their next vehicle purchase. We ordered a back cover and he is letting us know the status of the order. My husband and I felt real comfortable with Don that we had questions or concern we could ask him. He made sure we covered everything and were satisfied with the answers.

AFTER NARROWING OUR CHOICES DOWN TO WHAT WE THOUGHT WE WOULD NEED. WE NARROWED OUR CHOICE DOWN TO LITHIA.. WE HAD VIP APPOINTMENT MADE ON THE INTERNET. WE TOOK A TEST DRIVE AND SALES WAS ABLE TO SHOW US SOME FEATRURES NEW TO US. HAVING WARM COOKIES AND FRESH POPCORN DID NOT SELL THE VEHICLE BUT THE FAMILY WAS EXCITEMENT TO HAVE THAT AS A PERK AT LITHIA. EXCITED AND HOPEFUL THAT THIS VEHICLE IS DEPENDABLE AND LASTS FOR YEARS TO COME. AFTER SIGNING THE KIDS WERE EXCITED TO PICK OUT GIRL SCOUT COOKIES. Lithia WAS SO THOUGHTFUL IN SO MANY WAYS.
