Brought 2014 Jeep in for service. Computer updated (solved issue). Oil changed & tires rotated. Gave coupon $69.99 (oil change, tires rotated, car wash) Car wash not done. Given card to come back another time. Asked if just to take off car wash from this visit since I don't know when I'd be back to get car wash. My bill total was $73.83. I was charged for car wash anyway. Don't know when I'll return for car wash. My husband had his 2016 Jeep oil changed, tires rotated & coupon on 8-3-18 total of $53.41. We have purchased several vehicles here. Much confusion in the service area. Don't know if I'll return here for oil changes. Very unhappy with this visit. Oil changed was for oil changes every 3,000 miles also. Prior visits have been very satisfactory.

Great experience
My wife and I had a great experience at Lithia Chrysler of Grand Forks. We went in to look at a vehicle and left driving it. We were shown hospitality with our two children as we discussed options with our salesperson. The staff was willing to work with us for whatever we needed and allowed us to make a great choice and purchase for our family.

Courteous staff
The staff at Lithia were courteous and helpful in getting an appointment set for warranty work performed on my car. It was nice to know that I wasn’t getting a sales pitch for more work on my car than needed at the time of service.

Overall my experience was great. Shiv was very friendly and new his job. Chris was not very friendly and didn't seem to happy because we paid in full for my vehicle.

I came to Lithia for a recall and an issue with my blind spot monitors while I was in Grand Forks visiting my daughter. I was treated very well and got the work done very professionally. Even a rear license plate lightbulb that was broken during the process was replaced without a hassle! I would definitely go there again and recommend them to my relatives there as well. Online scheduling platform and call center issues
Although on-site customer service and employees are exceptional, the online scheduling system is inefficient. The online scheduling system asks for a vehicle VIN and other details but the information does not pass on to the on-site service department. Thus the service department is clueless until a customer physically shows up for the work to be done. Leaving phone messages results in no call-backs. From talking with three other customers, I learned the experience is common. My recommendation is to either fix the online scheduling platform and call center Lithia is paying for or dump it.
