Amazing service

We purchased our other vehicle from you guys and since then we have started bringing both of ours to you guys now. We recently purchased and had new tires put on with you and an oil change. It took longer then expected (3 hours) and the oil change was forgotten but Sarah S. went out of her way to apologize and make sure we knew that that is not how you guys run your center. Due to Sarah’s kindness and her going more then out of her way to make it up to us, we will be continuing to come back!!

Excellent Experience

The sales experience with Shiv Adhikari of Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Grand Forks was awesome that we don’t even go anywhere else when we're in the market for a new vehicle. He has good customer service and he made us feel valued as returning customers. My wife and I felt like he went out of his way to make sure we get the vehicle that we were looking for. He’s very knowledgeable and accommodating. Everyone in the dealership is nice. The entire transaction went really smooth. Would highly recommend Shiv and Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Grand Forks to anyone looking for a new Jeep or Dodge.

LOVE THIS PLACE

FRIENDLY SERVICE DEPARTMENT! PEOPLE GET SCARED OF DEALERSHIP. JUST GIVE THEM A CHANCE AND THEY WILL PROVE YOU WRONG. PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN TO HAVE PATIENCES AND STOP BEING SUCH JERKS TO THE EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOB!!!

Service engine light on. Oil change & rotate tires

Brook was very good at explaining what they did and why. A part was not available and she was kind to offer a rental car.

This experience was ok

Past experience was bad and previous sales interaction wasn't enjoyable. LAST time they were late getting at my vehicle, took too long (I had to be somewhere else after and they were aware of it) and didn't address any of my concerns other than the recall download.

It was great customer service

Did not talk to mechanic about knocking problem and the mechanic states he did not hear problem even though I heard it 3 times after leaving dealership. The person that helped me was great and friendly.

Service dept is awful

Took them almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Five people in the front and one mechanic in the back.....just garbage. Should have checked their feedback first and would have known how bad their service dept was before I went there
