Great Customer Service

Awesome service experience !

I came in and was greeted promptly by a smiling service person . He was very polite and explained everything nicely . I expected it to take a long time but he came and got me from the waiting area in only about 30 minutes . I was very happily surprised . He went over my inspection form and explained that everything was great on my car right now and got an all Green ! Very good experience !

Re-call item, repair.

I took my vehicle in for a re-call item. While in the Service Department, the service was in a timely manor. Service coordinator was professional and courteous.

Nice experience.

Warranty work

I was contacted by manufacturer regarding recall of part and directed to the closest dealership. I contacted the dealership and was helped promptly and courteously, informed of the steps needed to remedy the problem, and it was taken care of quickly and expertly. I had encountered a minimum of inconvenience and had a potentially dangerous problem delt with safely and professionally.

I felt welcomed by everyone

Mrs.Jenny Morales assist me while Marty was away from lunch. Jenny made sure my request was properly service. I recieved a phone call from her with the updates on my vehicles and what needed to be . Once my vehicle was done Marty reached out to me and notify me that the service is done. I like the fact that I was updated with everything before they proceed. And the process of my service was done at a expedite time.
