Purchased a used car...

We just recently purchased our dream family vehicle at a great price. The staff was very generous and helpful. I highly recommend. We drove all the way from Baltimore and they welcomed us with open arms.

Purchase 2008 BMW

I live near Youngstown, Ohio and found 08 528I in Arlington Va. called the dealer ship and the owner of the dealership was very helpful with me over the phone explaining the car and that it was all in good shape and that he would hold the car for me so I could drive 425 miles to see the car and purchase it because it was as he explained. The purchase was smooth and very easy to get done and they had me on my way. Definitely a good experience buying from Eagle Automotive Inc. and would buy and will buy anther vehicle from them. Good Luck

BMW 335i

Initial impression: first of all this review is based of my initial experience as I have only been two weeks removed from purchasing my BMW 335i. The begin with I was on the hunt for a 335 within distance and price point for about six months. I have ran into calling dealerships as soon as one comes available to find them sold within days of being posted. As soon as Eagle Automotives posted my 335i for sale, I requested additional information and photos as no photos were initially posted. Within a hour I had a reply and photos were posted the next day. The same day photos were posted I received a follow-up call from the general manager to gauge my interest. Through follow on conversations an appointment was setup since I was traveling from and different part of the state. Upon arrival to their lot. I found it easy to find via my GPS. The lot is situated on a decently traveled roadway but had no trouble getting into the lot. The lot itself is small for the amount of vehicles they provide. The 335 was parked for easy access which is a plus. You definitely need to call ahead and setup an appointment to have your car accessible prior to arrival. If not you may have to wait as they move vehicles around to get to what you are looking for. I arrived on a rainy day so they move a vehicle them were cleaning in one of their bays out and the 335 in so that I could view the car without getting rained on. Upon review of the car and discussion, the car was found in great condition. The car was recently received as a trade in, and title had not yet been transferred to the dealership. Disclosure allowed for managed expectation on the timeframe from purchasing to title received. Currently I'm still awaiting the title and as previously mentioned it has only been two weeks. After driving the 335 from DC to Eastern NC, the car impressed. You will receive a 30 day warranty from the dealer but all repairs will have to be done at the dealership. Not ideal for those that come from out of state as I did. While driving the 335 last week the check engine light came on. After getting the code checked and researching it could be equated to the thermostat. I could return to DC to have the issue fixed but as I said it is inconvenient to say the least for someone who is out of state. It's their policy and my only request would be to revise the policy to include a price cap reimbursement for repairs associated to the purchase of the vehicles within a time and distance for those that purchase from out of state. As of now I have not called the dealership about the issue because their policy specifically states repairs will be done in house. Not a big deal because if I purchased from a private party no warranty would be provided. My main concern is receiving the title with a timely manner. Once received and the timeframe in which it is received this review may be revised. But based on my initial impression I would recommend purchase from this dealership.

Excellent experience

I'm 23, I purchased my first "new" car (2011 BMW 335is) from Eagle Automotive in February of 2017 and I couldn't be more happy with the process. Not only did they have the car I was looking for, it was in fantastic shape, had low miles and was accurately priced! I drove down from CT to get it, but Guillermo said they'd pick me up if i decided to fly down. So that was cool. 3 months later, I've had zero issues with the car - it drives and feels brand new. From someone who was super nervous about buying their first new car AND driving out of state to go get it, I can assure you these guys will DEFINITELY take care of you.

Honest flawless transaction!

Flawless transaction!! I was very nervous buying a vehicle from someone I didnt know in a different state but Guillermo and his team were great!! He explained everything kept it simple in a laid back zero pressure atmosphere. I did not need financing and we did most of the transaction over the phone on friday. He held the truck for us then we drove 5 hours to Arlington on saturday to test drive, sign the papers he had ready for us and pick our truck up ....Easy. Drove our new truck 5 hours to get home wheww that was a long day but worth it. LOL Our 2010 Expedition was just as he described. It was missing floor mats and Guillermo's Dad is mailing a new set to our house!!! Very nice!! Thank you! He is truly a man of his word. Dont let the fact that he is a small car lot make you nervous they are super nice and run a great trustworthy business!! Thanks Eagle Automotives you are awesome we love our new truck we named her Pearl!!
