I had been searching for a Jeep Wrangler for about 3 weeks that fit my price range and driving preference and I had almost given up until I found eagle automotives. I had called prior to my arrival to tell them my interest in the jeep and to check its availability because I saw it on their website. when I pulled in they had the jeep pulled up and ready for me to hop in a take it for a test drive. Everything was perfect. The jeep was in excellent condition and drove like it was brand new. The owner, Guillermo, was very friendly and made the process an easy and stress free experience. Amro also helped with the sale and was very informative on the jeep and its previous owners. Overall I would say this is the best car buying experience I've ever had.

This was a great buying experience the owner was great he made it easy for me to buy the car, walked me through the steps and let me do everything I needed to feel comfortable buying a used car. Any Nissan I have had with the vehicle he has fixed with out hassle . And been on top of everything. I will definitely buy and roc mend his dealership.

Don't lose the deal over a maintenance item. They'll make it right! If you're the type that researches the best makes and models before heading out to lots. This dealership stocks many of those makes and models. Great experience

This was my first experience with Eagle automotives. I learned of them through searching the internet for a particular car I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential keeper. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 40 minutes away. I called the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with the sales manager Amro Awadallah, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Amro as my sales contact. He was absolutely outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Amro went above and beyond when I had questions about the car fax information. He was able to locate original service records from original owner, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless.

I bought a used Toyota from them recently. The price was very good, but after the deal, we found that the brakes were a bit strange and the car only had one set of keys...So what happened next is that they changed all the brake pads and rotors and ordered a replacement key from Toyota. Not only they offer excellent service, but the people working there have truly great personalities and will take care of all the paperwork and car maintenance for you. Also, if something goes wrong with the car, they will fix it as they also provide 30 days/1000 miles warranty. Overall, highly recommended!! (I will definitely get my next car from them)

The Best car buying experience ever, both pre & post sell. I started my process via Cars.com which connected me to Eagle Automotives in Arlington VA. I called to inquire about BMW I saw in their website. Guillermo, called me back and we talked about what I'm looking for in my next car along with price. From the time the call ended my buying experience has started. Within a few days Guillermo had made all the buying process available online. The first time I saw my BMW was when I visited the Eagle Automotives Dealership to signed my contract and pickup the car. DONE !! As consumer with a small purchasing power I can still find BMW products any where but, what makes individuals like me go out of our way to do business with companies like Eagle Automotives in Arlington VA is the customer experience.
