Guillermo is fantastic. His listing appropriately represented the vehicle and his price was very competitive to start. I drove from MD to see him as he laid out the carfax report with me over the phone and his known side of the vehicle. With confidence I drove 70 miles to see the Scion TC he had for sale and to my pleasure everything was exactly as he detailed over the phone. I had a trade in that he competitively offered on and made the entire transaction an easy one. I utilized USAA car service to locate him and make a purchase. He also assisted in my MD inspection by providing a great guarantee of quality which he stood by all the way till i got my registration and plates via mail. I highly recommend this dealership as the owner cares for his customers and follows through on integrity and his word. (Rare these days!) Thank you Guillermo! When I first stop by to look at a BMW 530i that they advertise, the car was in the back of the dealer. The car was nice looking and knew I wanted it. Went back two days later the car clean and ready for me. Eagle automotive staff took care everything, all I needed to do was just sign the papers. Great Service! I will by from them again.

Guillermo Catalan, who sold the car to me. I bought BMW 328i. He took care of everything, he help meto get finance and when i asked him something he always kind and gave me answer. When i bought that car, windshield was cracked. He said he will take care of it and he did. Glass guys didnt do good job but he push them and make them do right. I really appreciate for everything, if i will buy car again, i will go back to Eagles Auto.
