Tod was the most personable and easy to deal with of any salesperson I spoke to at any dealership, by far! He listened well and made me feel at ease throughout the process of both shopping and buying. I would definitely buy from them again.

Not sure how to review from my experience with University Motors..I was online looking for a Nissan Juke...They had one so reasonably priced I had to go check it out...I went fell in love with it...got approved for it...I didn't have the cash that day so I told Todd the salesman don't sell it I will be back...I even talk to Todd about how much money to hold Juke ....I saw this car on Sat. I Prayed and hustled all WK.to get the money....Sat..of following WK. I call early to see if Juke was still there it was I told Todd I was coming sometime that day.....I got there it was sold.......It almost bought me to tears I couldn't believe it... They told me that another salesman sold it...They could have told other person if I didn't show up...Monday it was theirs...Then I would have understood... Offered to put me in something else....my heart was set on that Juke...I was so disappointed and hurt..I know whoever got it is enjoying it as much as I would have... It wasn't about a happy customer after I fought so hard to get it didn't matter...

Great facility and good inventory. They can sell cars. They advertised my 4Runner with rear entertainment and knew that was important feature for me with young kids. Shame on me, I didn't check them fully and one didn't work. I called and got in touch with University Motors and was told that mine were too old. They took no responsibility just told me that I need to buy new ones. No responsibly for them being broken.

My first experience with University Motors was back a couple years when I was but a youngster with no credit and low income. Though I didn't buy a car from them that time, I was appreciative that they were so upfront and honest with me from the get-go. Too many places string you along only to tell you there's nothing they can do for you. This time, however, I did buy a car from them. I knew what car I wanted to look at from the beginning. I was contacted directly by Mike and we kept in good communication until I was able to come in. He was able to fit me in immediately, had the car ready to view and test drive, and allowed me to take it to my mechanic. Any minor repairs that were needed were given freely by owner Chris. They gave me a great deal. All in all, the experience was wonderful. I'm a 22 year old girl who went into a car dealership by herself. I was made to feel comfortable the who time. I would go back and recommend the dealer to anyone who's looking for a good car! Go! Ask for Mike or Chris! Great group of gentlemen.

Back in 2004 my husband and I purchased our first vehicle together from University Motors fresh out of college. Of course the experience was scary at first. We didn't have the best credit, we had heard stories of getting taken advantage of from used car dealers, and more importantly we fearful of purchasing a lemon. To our surprise, we were treated with respect (they didn't take advantage of our youthfulness) from the moment we walked in the door. We got a fair deal on a great vehicle and it lasted us 10 years. Although the car needed a few repairs (we purchased - as is) they honored their warranty and we never experienced any reoccurring issues after their work was complete. Fast forward to today and their service has only improved. Three weeks ago we purchased a 2014, with the factory warranty, from them and got another great car for an excellent deal. Overall, the experience was great AGAIN - because this time we knew they would take great care of us - we didn't have that same anxiety. Consistency is key nowadays and they are without doubt consistent. Ask Cutler or Chris and you be in good hands.

I went to University Motors with one car in mind but left with another. While it's the not car of my dreams (because it's white) it's a great car and I'm happy to have it. I purchased this car from Kevin and Chris. Within a couple of days of purchasing this car a check engine light came on so I immediately contacted them. Although I purchased the car "as-is" and the repair turned out to be minor, they dligently worked with me to resolve this issue; which to me was the right thing to do. I very much appreciate their assistance, and having a smooth, dependable vehicle to drive. Thank you gentlemen!

For the record, I am a first time buyer. I've always heard the horror stories when It comes to buying cars and being a woman on top of that. It never seems to end in a happy story. But, to my relief, when I came to University Motors, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The manager Chris was very welcoming and made sure I was getting excellent service. I highly recommend talking to Kevin. I gave him a price and he showed me a car that I absolutely loved! If you're ever in search of a car y'all should definitely consider coming to University Motors. I promise you'll leave happier than before you came.

This weekend, my husband and I went to University Motors looking for a car for our daughter. We talked to Chris, who listened, made suggestions, and was extremely helpful without being pushy. We looked at several cars, and ultimately bought the 2010 Hyundai Sonata. We feel like we got a fair deal, and were very happy with our car-buying experience. Kevin whipped through the paperwork like a champ, and we were on our way! I highly recommend University Motors if you are looking for a used car.
