Very, very pleased with our car! We would definitely recommend University Motors! Very respectful and helpful! Very pleasant sales department.

We wanted to look at a specific car for our teenage son. We called on a Saturday morning to see if the car was available and were told it was still there and the guy asked what time we would be there. I told him around eleven. We looked at a couple of other cars, but called again before going all the way out to Charlotte Pike as we were in Hendersonville. We asked again if the car was still there and were told that it was there so we let him know that we were on the way. We drove from Hendersonville to West Nashville to look at this car only to get there and the guy (same one I had talked to both times) tells us that someone sold it the night before and did not tell him. Really!! Is there not a computer system where the car can be marked off? My whole reasoning for calling was because when we looked at a car for our daughter, we drove out there without calling and the car was gone. I believe that some people at this dealership will say anything to get you on the lot. If this had not have happened, we probably would have went to the website to see what else they had that we might have wanted to view, but because of this experience, when the salesman offered other cars we no longer wanted to deal with them. By the way, the car we wanted to see is still on the website.

As a single woman, going to car lots is daunting, at best. University Motors is totally different. Q and Mark were great to deal with. They were both very respectful and professional. From beginning to end, it was a hassle free, no pressure business transaction. I found the car I wanted, they encouraged me to have a mechanic check it out. I was not hounded or pressured to buy in any way. It was actually a very pleasant experience. They offered a fair price for my car, came down on theirs, and we had a deal. Period. No games, no lies. Just business. As it should be. I will tell all my friends about University Motors and Q...both were/are great to deal with. Thank you!

I had been shopping for a car for weeks. I noticed that a large portion of the cars I was interested in were at University Motors, so I decided to pay them a visit. When I arrived I received great service from a sales representative. As my interest grew in a particular car they accommodated me in every way possible, the owner even got involved to make sure my needs were met. Overall a very positive experience!

I searched for months for the right truck at the right price. I found it at University Motors. I am satisfied with my purchase. I feel I received a good used truck at a fair price. I would consider them in the future when buying a vehicle.
