Dealership with class ( you read correctly )

I just bought a used jaguar from these guys and I have to tell you: it was a very pleasant experience ! No pushy sales guy, no haggling, no hidden fees or " let me check with the sales manager if we can do that". The sales force is well trained, polite and eager to please ! Don't be put off by the less than perfect building or lot out front, it is a classy and well run operation. The price point for my car was reasonable, the transaction was smooth and they offered me a loan from 3 different bank within 20 minutes although my credit score is far from perfect. The sales manager offered to pay for labor if I supplied the part ( brake pads ). Overall it was a good experience and I'll probably go back there a couple of years fr now ! Give them a shot, they're honest

Dear Sir, We appreciate you taking the time, and giving us feedback on our service, and facility. I am glad that your experience at WBM was pleasant. WBM of Arlington sells over 1000 vehicles annually, and I am happy to report that there are very few instances that our clients are not pleasantly surprised by the amount of effort that is given to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately the majority of our clients do not take the time to give positive feedback on our service, however in the unfortunate occasion that we fall short of our "usual customer service" they do write negative reviews. We do however appreciate these reviews as well, as they aid us in improving ourselves. By the way our showroom has just finished going through a complete remodeling process, and by the beginning of summer of 2014 the improvements that are planned for the rest of our dealership should also be done. These improvements include "a lit covered out door area, new landscaping, Drivable Grass, solar panels, and solar lighting". As you can see WBM is trying to reduce its "carbon foot print" Ali Nezam Quality Control Manager

Very poor service when asking questions

I'm searching for a used Porsche (so, a pretty expensive sale for WBM). I've asked 3 precises technical questions, and the answer was totally inadequate --> he told me his prices are the lowest. I asked again --> no answer. This guy probably does not need to sell cars and earn money. Well, I'm a french guy working now in US for some months. I'm probably not used to US car dealers

EXCELLENT BUYING EXPERIENCE

Recently purchased a used RAV4. The customer service from Victor was top notch and even included picking me up at my place of work to test drive the auto or drop offs. The overall experience was very good at a very busy dealership. My only negative about the experience was there were a couple of misprints about the features on the vehicle in the ad (heated seats listed but not on vehicle and way too many floor mat packages for a single vehicle). There was no hesitation with stating that the ad was wrong. I would definitely do business with them again.

Horrible Experience!! STAY AWAY!!

I tried to contact this dealer 4 times via email on their website even made an offer on the car I was interested in..I was never contacted. When I finally got in touch with a salesperson I asked for more information as well as a video of the car since I lived 800 miles away. I offered to put a $500 deposit and was told it wasn't necc. and the car was at the BMW dealership getting refurbished and they would be in touch after the weekend. Monday and Tuesday went by and I never heard from them again, then I got in touch with the same salesperson (Antonio Ferrari) and was told he had made a mistake, the car was sold!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Dear Sir/Mme, First of all I want to thank you for taking the time and giving us your feedback. As much as we appreciate good feedback, we are also very much interested in receiving constructive criticism as it will help us take corrective measures. I have already addressed this issue with our sales manager and Mr. Antonio Ferrari, All vehicles sold at WBM go through an "88 point" internal inspection process prior to sale, and this particular vehicle needed to go to our local BMW dealer for a routine software update. Unfortunately when our vehicles go to outside sources for service the timeline is sometimes out of our control. The fact that the vehicle sold soon after it returned was unfortunate and we are hoping to make it up to you by offering you a substantial discount to our already "Lowest price guarantee" in the hopes of making you a satisfied customer. I believe that we have a couple of BMW 750 Li's with great options, and ownership history on our website for your review. Please note that we receive vehicles on daily basis, and we have an average of 80 percent turnaround on our inventory every month, due to our "Lowest Price Guarantee". Since you live a good distance from our location, we will be happy to transport the vehicle of your choice to a service facility of your choice at no additional cost for a "pre-purchase inspection". Great Service

We purchased a 08 BMW 650I from WBM and we love it. The process was very smooth and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. Louis and Cheryl Walker.

Honest Review by The Automotive Advocate (Part 1)

I am an automotive industry columnist and expert and recently helped one of my clients purchase a 2011 Toyota Sienna Van from WBM. We have gotten off to a rocky start, as I purchased a 13k mile Toyota Sienna from the dealership online, sight unseen. I based my buying decision purely on the nice photos on their company website, which showed several, "well-made" photographs of the van and the word of a member of their sales staff. While i usually always speak to the store manager when buying vehicles for clients, I ended up dealing directly with a member of their sales staff because of the level of confidence I felt, mostly due to his professional demeanor during our phone, email and text conversations. I am a auto advocate for car buyers, so people trust me to find and procure good vehicles for themselves or their families and it's my responsibility to "deliver the goods". Having spent more than three decades in the retail automotive business, I'm keenly aware of the fears buyers face that are associated with online purchases, especially when buying "out-of-state" and "sight unseen". I've experienced some very difficult quality issues with the vehicle I purchased from WBM and a huge advertising oversight, as the dealership represented a particular, but expensive, factory option that was disclosed on their website listing, but wasn't on the vehicle when it arrived. Their was also a fair amount of undisclosed damage, all of which was easily taken care of, but at a pretty substantial, personal expense. damage you wouldn't expect on a vehicle that only had 13k miles. The dealer has been excellent at following up with me and we've been in the "discovery and report" stage for one week now, meaning I had to professionally gather and document the issues in detail, so dealership management could make a determination, as to what to do. I intimately understand the difficulties dealers face, selling hundreds of vehicles online every year, and making sure every vehicle is properly described and advertised, so my review is in "PENDING" status and will consist of Part 1 and Part 2. A dealership cannot be judged on mistakes made... WE ALL DO THAT... , and as consumers, shouldn't pass judgement on a dealership over a mistake. A dealership, AS WELL AS THE CUSTOMER, should always judge the dealer on how the mistake is handled. While many dealerships see mistakes as "headaches"....they are actually "opportunities in disguise". My research has found that most loyal customers didn't become that way over receiving "expected" service, but became "fiercely loyal" because a problem existed in the initial transaction and they ended up being "blown away" by the dealership's response to their particular issue. I'm not one to get mad and "blow-up" on a dealership over a mishap, mistake or communication issue, but I....like everyone else, should judge them on how the matter is resolved and to what level. As for me, the jury is still out. I will write a follow up review and detail my entire experience, so future customers will know, WITHOUT DOUBT, whether this is a dealership you want to do business with. I'm paid to professionally analyze the customer buying experience at different dealerships, so this will be a review you can "hang your hat on". I will write a follow up review, entitled "AN HONEST REVIEW (PART 2)", the moment I hear back from WBM ownership and will either "sing their praises" or document the "stone cold truth". Sincerely, Jay Harrell - The Automotive Advocate in Tennessee

Excellent support after the sale

I drove up to Arlington from Richmond because WBM had the model and color Range Rover that I was looking for. I was apprehensive about making the long drive for a car I hadn't seen but felt that I would get a better trade on my high end vehicle in DC vs where I lived. I was also leery about not buying from an authorized dealership. While the facilities at WBM don't appear glamorous, I will absolutely state that Ali Nezam (Service Manager) and Tony (Sales Manager) operate with complete integrity. They were fair and honest with me every step of the way, especially afterward. It's a used car. It wasn't perfect, but it was very nice. We addressed my points of concern and reached agreement. Everything that they said they would do to support the sale of my vehicle they have done and in Ali's case, so much more. When unexpected repairs were required on my new car, he went above and beyond to help me, even though he had no obligation to do so. As a result, I saved a lot of money on the repairs and the car is great. I was truly impressed and appreciative.

Excellent Service

WBM Motors is a great place to buy a car hands down. Excellent customer service, top of the line cars and unbeatable prices. These guys really went the extra mile to make sure that my buying experience for my '07 BMW M6 was a great one. Being a former car salesman for high line products, I know what a thing or two when it comes to the car business. It also helps if you know what you want and to do your research first. It makes the car buying experience much better. These guys get an 'A' in my book. i have had my 'beast for four months and so far, no problems. I am very pleased. If the gentleman at WBM continue to provide great service, sell great cars and go the extra mile for its customers, they will soon become Washington areas #1 place to buy a car.

"WBM of Arlington" is AWESOME!!!!!

Our son's Lexus GS300 was on it's last leg. We needed an affordable and reliable used car. We located a fully loaded low mileage 2011 Toyota Camry at "WBM of Arlington" priced well below other dealerships in the Tri State area. We called "WBM of Arlington" and spoke with Antonio who confirmed the price we saw was correct. Being the skeptics we are, we thought this was a trick. We totally expected the price to change once the purchase process began, but it never did. We were expecting hidden fees, but they never came. It's also worth noting, we started the purchase process at 6pm Monday night, my son was driving the car off the lot on Tuesday morning. Antonio and the sales staff at "WBM of Arlington" were extremely informative and accommodating which made the purchase process both simple and pleasant. From now on "WBM of Arlington" will be my family's first choice when purchasing cars. Thank you Antonio, for delivering the exact car we wanted at the advertised price. Wayne
