Best car buying experience ever!
Hands down best car buying experience ever. GO SEE JOHN!! Never dealt with a better salesman than him. Had a horrible experience at Darcars 3 years ago and with another dealership in Arlington, but WBM far exceeded my expectations. I walked into the dealership with my whole family, kids and all, even went on 3 test drives with my 3 children, and John came along for the ride and did not mind at all. He was super friendly to the kids, offered them drinks and food and most importantly, he was patient with us-- Lord knows he had the patience of virtue! John and the owner (or manager), Tony, who was also a rockstar, worked with the numbers to get us the best deal. John waited until I price checked several insurance companies to get the better deal and did not once make me feel rushed or an inconvenience. Can't say enough about John and WBM of Arlington. Definitely will buy my next car from them and recommend to friends and family.

Beware of Dealer web site
Unfortunately what sold the car for me without any haggling in price is the dynamic (adaptive) cruise control and pre-collision system that was mentioned on their web site. I also called and spoke to someone at the dealer and they confirmed it. After receiving the car I found out it does not have it installed. In addition to play tag with the sales rep not returning my calls and not answering his calls during the buying process. I had to speak to the assistant mgr. So, I'm really not satisfied with this purchase. The dealer needs to know exactly what are the features and options on the vehicle without copy/paste into the web site.

Great dealership, very pleasant experience
I worked with Alfonso on the purchase of my car, but it was Tony the Sales Manager that made my car buying process amazing. I went in with a price in mind and he took the time to sit with me and explain why the car was priced the way it was priced and the best price possible (which was the internet price). He gave me a decent price from my trade in and allowed me to use my own lender for the loan. It was a great great experience. I love my car and it was all thanks to Tony!

Horrible Service
Told them i was driving 3 hours to get there to a manager and sales associate (Alfonso). Canceled on me the first day, said car was in the shop, so I rescheduled for the next day to look at the car and when i get there at my appointment time they tell me the car sold. Horrible communication and a waste of gas/time.

Good used car dealership
I called and asked about a car, they had it in stock. Went to test drive it and agreed on a price. Got financing and a warranty. Paper work was filled out in less than an hour. Passed safety and emissions with no issues. The plates came just before the temp tags were up and everything was good.

Never received a contact
Requested information about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Never received an email from the dealership. It has been over 3 weeks now. Bad customer service

Web sites update slow.
Company was slow updating their external Cars.com, etc. web sites. Cars previously sold still appear as available.
