WBM buy with confidence

First let me start by saying that I was searching for an Audi A5 utilizing various online sources, one of the sources let me to WBM. I was really skeptical because you hear so much about small dealerships and how they rip folks off. I called the dealership to inquire about the Audi, the person I spoke to was Neima (hoped I spelled his name right!) He was very helpful, I filled out a credit application through WBM's website and as soon as I was approved I received a call from Neima to come in and get my car. I had been researching this particular car for months and it was priced way lower than the NADA blue book value. I asked the saleswoman (she was Neima's partner since he was with a client) but she said we are trying to sell cars and we don't have a lot of room. The lot of the dealership is really small and they are always getting cars so I could see why the price was really nice. I found out my car was purchased from an Audi dealership, I was told that they do not purchase cars from auctions. Everyone was super nice and the Saturday that we were there it was really busy. I love my Audi, its beautiful, low miles and in immaculate condition as were pretty much all of the cars that were on the lot. I have never been to a small used car dealership in which all the cars looked in like new condition. All of the salesmen were really nice in addition to the sales manager Tony! I have already recommended WBM to many of my friends.

Excellent Operation

I was in a very tight time crunch, such that I contacted the dealer midday and drove the car home by COB. Jon was really kind in sharing the CarFax in the initial call and gave a very thorough crash course on how to operate and maintain a Prius V. The car was fabulous, way under NADA. It seemed too good to be true, however they go through a tremendous amount of sales with excellent salespeople and have a tiny city lot. They never buy from auctions. Great value, would recommend.

BUY WBM WITH CONFIDENCE - YOU WON'T REGRET IT

I recently bought a car at WBM and had a great experience and I want you to know that this dealer cares about its customers. From my observation while waiting to finalize my deal on paper, this dealer works as a fine tuned machine and does a TON of internet business. I drove 4 hours for my deal and was very pleased to say the least. I bought the car in early December of 2015 for a great advertised price... because that's what they want to do - SELL CARS AND MAKE SOME SMALL PROFIT and GIVE YOU A GREAT DEAL TOO! It's a win-win! Do as I did and do your homework by going to N A D A . com and see what the car is worth and compare it to WBM's sales price. It's a GREAT DEAL! Title was clean, carfax was readily available, and service by my salesman John was excellent. Tony - The sales manager, was very good and worked very hard to make sure the car was in prime condition, and that I was totally satisfied before I left the lot with my car. So I say to you, if you live far away, it is worth the drive and it is worth financing with them too... they had better finance rates than my credit union which were good rates already. It was easy to deal with WBM because of the bottom line: 1) a great sales price and 2) even better used car finance rate. So don't be afraid to use their financing tab on their web site - I'm glad that I did as it saved me lots of money over 72 months. Plus the dealer document fees were the cheapest around!! So bottom line again - don't be afraid of any of the few negative reviews that you read on here - I'm glad I went with my gut that this dealership was caring and indeed they are!! You will not regret it. I only wrote this because they asked me if I was happy to please write a review. I am writing this a month later from my purchase date and I must say, i am pleased! Thank you WBM and Thank myself too for having the faith to drive 4 hours and out of state to buy!

Not so hot

Found a vehicle that I wanted at WBM. Called to see if it was available and the salesman said that it was. Their website said call for Carfax. When I asked the salesman about the Carfax, he acted kind of strange. He asked how I would be paying of the vehicle and I said cash (Im guessing that was the problem). He said well come on down and Ill have the Carfax waiting for you. I told him that I had to travel over 2 hours to get there and I wasn't interested in coming down until I saw the Carfax (which I wouldn't have even pushed, but the website OFFERED it). He said he understood and would get the Carfax and call back. Never did. Something strange going on here, and they won't get my business.

Outstanding customer service

Antonio Ferrari is an awesome sales person. Antonio is very thorough, he made my car buying experience very enjoyable. There is no pressure to buy. Everyone I encountered that worked there is extremely friendly. I would recommend WBM of Arlington to my friends and family. They will be the first place I go when looking for another car because their vehicles are fairly priced.

1st and last time...never again!!

This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I would not recommend this flip shop to anyone I care about. I will never set foot in that place.

Good deal on a good car, no hassle process

Had to buy a car after an accident, so I was in a pinch , but I found a great car at a great price here, and it made driving back and from from Baltimore worth it. They price the cars to sell, not to rip you off with a lemon. Overall good experience, sales rep was friendly, management was cool, I definitely recommend this place.

A good 'ol fashioned handshake!

What attracted me to this dealership is that they don't buy their vehicles from auctions. And they proved it to me when they showed me where the car came from. These guys were awesome to work and deal with! I first met with Neima and selected the car I wanted, then we went on a test drive. When we got back, he wanted to introduce me to Tony, the GM. I thought for sure I would get the hard sell, but when I said I wasn't quite ready to buy yet, we shook hands and parted ways. After a couple of weeks, I decided that after looking at several cars, they had the one I wanted. I came back early one morning to take the car to have it looked over by a Mercedes Benz mechanic (very important on a highline car) and was greeted by Antonio. Antonio was awesome in that he not only set up the car so I could take it, but put the tags on it, made sure there was enough gas in the car to get there and back, and he wasn't even my salesperson! Love the teamwork! When I came back, they worked with me on getting some of the issues fixed and even went patiently over the report, the carfax, and the car with me. Not knowing a lot about cars, much less a Mercedes, Ali took a lot of time to go over the car with me while answering my questions. I have never seen so many people bend over backwards to assist in the purchase of a car. Neima was gracious with his time in test driving the car with me, getting the paperwork together, and answering my questions even after the sale. Tony was awesome to deal with and working with me on other things I wanted for my car. Ali is probably the most patient service manager I've ever met and his explanations were on par with other mechanics I've talked to since the purchase. Antonio was great. He made it so I didn't have to wait for my salesperson to take the car to the mechanic and even assisted with the paperwork to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. Jeremie, the title person was great. Within an hour of talking to him, he had everything ready for me to pick up so I could get my tags. I was in and out of his office in two mins. Not once did I feel stressed about the sale, the process, or the final purchase of the car. I have to add too that EVERYTHING until the final paperwork was done on a handshake! How uncommon is that? And yes, I would recommend them to everyone! Oh, and in case you're wondering, I'm in no way, shape, or form, related to anyone who works or owns WBM of Arlington. They're just that good. It's definitely a place to consider if you're looking for a good used vehicle.
