basic repairs

have a handle on what they are doing which i would expect. tell you what they are doing and anything that they find out which could be a problem. before they do anything extra let you know and the price to fix up to you to ok it. so far i have not hd a bad experience.

New Rear Brakes and Passenger Front Hub

I went in for rear brakes and mentioned I heard noise as I drove turned out to be the passenger front hub that need to be replaced. I was shown the old hub and how hard it was to turn and could see why the noise. Chris Skoloda kept me informed of the progress of my work and answered my questions.

Purchased a new Frontier Pro4X from Pollock Nissan

Buying experience was overall excellent. They worked with us to meet our needs on a truck we liked. Salesman, Accountant and Manager were flexible when it was needed. Salesman Mike Kostak was excellent, attentive to the details about our purchase and responsive when we asked a question or needed help. A small issue with the sunroof not being prepped fully just before the turn-over, but Mike worked with the service tech to get it done right away. We are really happy with the Frontier Pro4X that was purchased. Fun to drive and has lots of options in it like heated and fully adjustable seats for both driver and passenger. Sounds system rocks and it has more than enough power when called for on a hill or highway. Definitely, will be back to buy another vehicle some time.

Pollock Nissan - Wilkes Barre PA -The Best by Far!

Purchased our Rogue at Pollock - love it - the service is great with the email reminders for maintenance. The non-phony - professional service is excellent and waiting time is made very comfortable if you choose to stay and wait or take a shuttle to the local Casino. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended! Will be a life-long customer.
