Only had an oil change. it was done in a timely manner. Charge seemed to be a little high even with the coupon but in the 10 years that I have had my car it was always serviced at Bald Hill.

As car dealerships go, this one was a comfortable experience. Sales people are friendly and not pushy. They were helpful and forthcoming with any questions or requests I had. I'd go there again.

2019 Sorento
I have purchased 3 new Sorentos from Bald Hill and have had Joe Monte for my salesmen every time. He is the best no pressure straight forward salesmen that I have met and he is why I have not looked any where else.

Purchase of a used car - "recently new."
Purchased a 2019 vehicle that was a former lease. Excellent condition and "like new." Overall a good experience, and still waiting on a few follow-up items. I wish they moved a bit on price as it was a cash sale. But overall it went well.

Bad service
My collision person took my kia there for some repairs and my car came out with a lot of problems that didn't had before. I went there they told me they did nothing to those problems.
