This purchase is the second vehicle that we purchased from this particular Ferman dealership. Always a pleasant experience. Terry Light was fantastic to work with, he worked hard to get us out the door as we were on a very tight schedule.

Sean was able to get me in early and done quickly. I was very appreciative.

Anthony met me as soon as I drove in. He inquired about my service needs, recorded the pertinent data, and took photos of my vehicle. The vehicle was immediately taken to the service center. He informed me of the progress and suggested that I consider buying tires. Inquired when the next tire sale would occur. Service was completed within 1 1/12 hours. My only disappointment was that the dealership had instituted a service charge for using a credit card. I initially booked the service online with a follow-up call from the dealership. In neither the online booking nor phone call was I informed of the extra charge. Anthony had to deliver the news.

Joey was fantastic. He communicated well what services my car needed and what services could wait. He went above and beyond to get my car ready as quickly as possible.

Very competent in assessing and fixing my Jeep Wagoneer, good maintenance team. I will continue to use Ferman Jeep for my services, highly recommend. Only issue I had was the wait for an actual service appointment but once I got in everything was smooth!
