Vernon

I drove about 150 miles for a car I saw at this dealership. We had talked to Steve over the phone and worked out a few things. When I got to the dealership the car was sitting out front with a full tank of gas and a fresh car wash. Steve handed us the keys and allowed us to go on a test drive alone (which is rare in my experience). We noticed a few issues cosmetically with the vehicle and Steve contacted his manager to make sure they were dealt with properly and quickly. The rest of my transaction went smoothly and I now own the car.

Found My Truck On-Line And Vernon Made the Transition Smooth

Located the exact Truck I wanted on Ebay and The Group of employees selected below made the experience Flawless and memorable. Purchased my F-350 Turbo Diesel (King Ranch) in The Color and Option Level I wanted, changed Tires and added a few accessories, and the Group handled everything really well. Flew from New York to Texas Late Sunday Evening. Was picked up in Dallas/Ft.Worth and Driven to the Dealership 175 miles away. Tyler took me to pick-up the truck a few Blocks away and He and Ashley explained options and services. Jr. Handled several different area's of the Process. Finally Chris Duson oversaw the whole process and will be handling the final details of the accessories process. MY THANKS!!! To all Involved!!

Purchase of F250

pretty good

Really fast and good time on getting all the paper work done. More then happy with the dealership all around. Had the truck I was looking for and had two to pick from.

Great Job

Bought a 2015 F-250. My buying experiance was excellent! No nonsense. Certainly not your typical car buying experience. I checked with two other Ford dealers who told me they could NOT do me a better deal than what Vernon Auto group was offering. Will definatly shop here again next time!!

Outstanding Dealership

This is the third vehicle I have bought from Vernon Auto Group and Chase Maldonado. My most recent purchase was a 2014 Ford F150 4x4. You won't find a better deal anywhere because I have tried. I drive almost 6 hours to buy from here. Chase has been great to work with every time. He is never to busy to call me back or email me everything I ask for. I usually change my mind several times about what I what and he never has a problem doing anything to take care of a customer. This dealership is upfront with you on everything, they never promise you something they can't deliver. I would highly recommend them and talk to Chase if you want great customer service.
