Great buying experience!

This was the best vehicle purchase I have made. Ryan Smith went the extra mile literally to make this deal go through quick and painless. I have and will continue to recommend Vernon auto group to everyone I know.

Great experience while purchasing a vehicle

My wife and I decided to purchase a GMC Acadia Denali on a Saturday, I called Vernon and talked to Brandon...within an hour he had me a trade in value which was more then most dealers would offer. After we got the offer I put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle, we did the paperwork Monday and the vehicle was delivered by Tuesday afternoon. This might not seem like much of a big deal but we live around 400 miles from the dealership. Brandon was very helpful.

Great transaction

Traded in my '11 Denali dually for a new 2015 in the middle of a road trip through the Southwest, over to Texas, and back home to Wyoming. Brandon was great to deal with, even took the time to help me swap over the tonneau cover and unload my old truck. Trade-in value and price was about the best I found, and I liked the no-haggle pricing. Dealer-installed add-ons were a good price as well. I'll do business at Vernon again.

2014 Ram 1500

Excellent transaction. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Gave me what I wanted on trade in and new vehicle was priced right. Will deal with again in future.

Vernon Auto Group

My experience with Vernon Auto Group was fantastic. My salesman (Lesley Willie) was very pleasant to work with and got me a great deal on both my new vehicle, along with my trade. This may sound petty but the reason I did not give this dealership 5 stars for my overall experience is they sent me off in my new vehicle with an empty tank of gas. I drove 6 hours roundtrip to purchase a vehicle from them and I would've thought they could have at least gave me a tank of gas. All of the personnel I dealt with were very nice and polite.
