2014 Ram 1500

Excellent transaction. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Gave me what I wanted on trade in and new vehicle was priced right. Will deal with again in future.

Buying a vehicle on line

I bought a 2015 High Country on my computer, at home site unseen from Brandon Mitchell. When it was delivered it was exactly what I wanted, everything they said it would be, and at a great price. It was truly a stress free transaction and would recommend Brandon at the Vernon Auto Group to any one looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Truck Yea!

My husband sent me an email showing showing me a truck from The Vernon Group, which is where he bought his truck last year about this time and really enjoys it. I went ahead and searched the website. I found exactly what I wanted!!!. I've never owned a Ford. Smoothest ride and I love all the bells and whistles. Scott Young helped me with the sale and was able to get me everything I asked for. I would absolutely recommend The Vernon Group to anyone looking to buy a truck. Financing was a breeze and who knew buying a vehicle on line would be such a great experience.

Good Experience

We have been looking for a vehicle for awhile and spotted a few with the package we wanted, we did a comparison of all the others versus the one Vernon Auto group had and they by far had it priced better than the others we had looked at with the same package. We called them up at about 10 o'clock in the morning and talked to Ryan, he was very helpful and got back to in a reasonable amount of time. When we started working the deal Ryan was in contact with us frequently. We hopped in the truck and drove almost two hours down to Vernon and had the deal done in about two hours.

Great Salesperson, and Dealership

I usually do not buy cars at a dealership in Vernon. The dealerships have not been very friendly in the past. I have known Chris for a long time, and it was time to get my wife a vehicle. I looked around Wichita Falls, Altus, and some other places. None of the dealerships had what I was looking for or they would attempt to put me in something I did not want. I looked at Vernon online, and found a couple I liked, and the price was good. I talked to my wife, and we decided to give Vernon another shot. My son and I walked through the lot, and found the ones I had seen online. We looked them over, and then went inside to talk to Chris. He was on the phone with a customer, and asked if we minded talking to Brandon. We told him that was fine. He called Brandon over, and he introduced himself to my son and me in a friendly positive manner. Brandon was great. He talked to us about the Chevy Traverse, and the Equinox. After talking we decided that the Traverse was the best for our family. We went for a test drive, and Brandon showed use the car and all the extras it had. We talked and laughed during the drive, and Brandon was very friendly. He listened to what our needs where, and he did not try to persuade use to buy another car that we had no interest in. He was polite, and seemed very down to earth. I asked if I could keep the car overnight due to my wife being at work, and she would not be able to see it until that evening. Brandon talked to Chris, and cleared it. We were able to keep it overnight. My wife, daughter, and I took it for a drive that evening, and she fell in love with it. The next day we bought the Traverse. Brandon has been great, and answered all of our questions. If he did not know for sure he would go ask, and find out what we needed to know. With the friendliness that Brandon showed us we would defiantly come back to this dealership, and ask for Brandon when we need another vehicle. I would recommend Brandon to someone that was looking for a new car. Thanks Brandon for everything.

2015 High Country Purchase
