Chris provided great service overall. He took time to understand my needs and made a quick turn around with suggestions and even paperwork. I also dealt with several other members of the Vernon Auto team in which all were very customer oriented and I felt I was getting the best possible deal. As far as price, I could find nothing better. They offered me TOP dollar for my trade in with no haggling and beat all prices on the new vehicle I could find with other dealerships. They even offered to deliver the vehicle 300 miles away for 300 bucks. What awesome service!

Everything was great at Vernon auto group. Steve was helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change is they could have come off price a little more. I looked at there mark up on my pickup I traded with, and I have gotten some better deals. That being said the deal I got was not bad just a little more than I've gotten before. The price they gave me on my trade in was right on for blue book values, and I appreciate that. I will probably return to Vernon auto group in the future to look for a vehicle. The only thing they missed was a chip in the window but again not a big deal. Daniel Hawthorne

I have been buying merchandise on the Web for several years, but never a vehicle. So with a bit of trepidation, I searched for a new truck to replace my 2003 Ford. My plan was to use the information found as a basis for shopping with local dealers to obtain the best deal possible. My search soon found the Vernon Auto Group, and I was attracted by their low, no haggle price, and the offer of the lifetime power train warranty. I visited two local Ford dealers and spent over an hour at each one discussing what I wanted and what the price would be. Neither of them could match the price offered by Vernon Auto Group, and neither of them offered the lifetime warranty. I contacted Vernon Auto, and through telephone conversations and the exchange of e-mails, I found the exact truck that I wanted, and at a price that was much better than the local dealers could offer. The agent who helped me could not have been friendlier nor more responsive to my questions. All of the paper work regarding the sale was handled electronically. I flew to Dallas/Fort Worth where I was picked up by a Vernon Auto employee. Upon arrival in Vernon, I was met by the agent who had been working with me, and I was introduced to my new truck. Since the paper work had already been done, it took less than five minutes to complete the deal. I was given a demonstration ride, and a lesson on how to use all of the features of the My Ford Touch. After a friendly goodbye, I started my drive back home to Pennsylvania. I have owned the new truck for a week, and I could not be happier with the vehicle nor the purchase at Vernon Auto Group. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We have purchased 5 different vehicles from Vernon for...
We have purchased 5 different vehicles from Vernon for dodge, we have been please with every one of them except this one. The air conditioner did not work the next day. We tried to contact but with no answer the sales man never did contact my wife back. She is very angry about the situation and something should be looked at to make sure this does not happen again. The vehicle will have to be fixed by myself and it will cost me more money after I have already paid a good amount for the vehicle. If the inspections that supposedly take place on the vehicles this prob would not be there. I am going to have to have the air conditioner recharged at my own expense. In the future I will seek a vehicle else ware unless this prob is handled with the upmost importance and the prob is fixed not at my expense! I have 4 children that will be driving soon and will be in the market for more vehicles but I would guess due to the no response Vernon ford dodge has fell below standards and I will have to seek other vehicles from different dealerships. It is sad that the truth up front moto has died with time, and this dealership will suffer 1 customer at a time, until its demise in bankruptcy.
