We have purchased 5 different vehicles from Vernon for...

We have purchased 5 different vehicles from Vernon for dodge, we have been please with every one of them except this one. The air conditioner did not work the next day. We tried to contact but with no answer the sales man never did contact my wife back. She is very angry about the situation and something should be looked at to make sure this does not happen again. The vehicle will have to be fixed by myself and it will cost me more money after I have already paid a good amount for the vehicle. If the inspections that supposedly take place on the vehicles this prob would not be there. I am going to have to have the air conditioner recharged at my own expense. In the future I will seek a vehicle else ware unless this prob is handled with the upmost importance and the prob is fixed not at my expense! I have 4 children that will be driving soon and will be in the market for more vehicles but I would guess due to the no response Vernon ford dodge has fell below standards and I will have to seek other vehicles from different dealerships. It is sad that the truth up front moto has died with time, and this dealership will suffer 1 customer at a time, until its demise in bankruptcy. My visit to Vernon Ford Group was one of the best...

My visit to Vernon Ford Group was one of the best experiences I have had buying a new truck. Dane was very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. If I were to change any thing it would be the shop I had low tire pressure before leaving and the washed fluid was empty. But overall a good experience.

My experience with Vernon Auto Group was great! Deiter Brannon with both Raloh Artega and Chris Dunson did everything possible to help me get the car I wanted. I now am a proud owner of a 2013 Cruise Eco and couldn't be happier thank you guys for taking the time to help me out!

Good Experience

It was real easy to deal with Dane Townson and he help me get some accessories added on and was real reasonable on delivering my truck 400 miles so we did the deal all over the phone. Very Happy!!

We drove 400 miles to do business with this dealership, and it was worth it--Vernon had the vehicle we wanted, and worked with our credit union to finance the deal. The warranty and availability were the primary reasons we worked with Vernon.

Wish I would've started with Vernon

I ended up buying a car from Deiter Brannon at Vernon Auto Group and wish I would've started my search there. After going through several other dealerships and either finding the vehicle I wanted at a higher price than I was willing to pay or a similar vehicle at an okay price I finally stumbled upon Vernon Auto Group's website. I got a very fair price right up front and the rest was really simple, concise and quick.

Great Experience!

This was my first time buying a new car and Vernon Auto Group made it extremely easy. The dealer that helped me (Deiter Brannon) was helpful, professional, and accomodating. He kept us informed and followed up with any questions immediately. Also, the price I got my vehicle for was the best I could find. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Worse car buying experience since 1962

I have been buying new vehicles since 1962 with this rating as my worse experience. The last 5 ford diesels were bought(since 1994) over the phone including this transaction. There was nothing about this transaction that was good starting with my arrival at the dealership. I agreed to finance the vehicle(to qualify for ford discount) at a rate of 6.49%, When the docs were finally presented to me the rate was 7.29% which I rejected. The salesman tried negotiating with me. After I stood up to leave the brash young salesman understood I was not agreeing to any rate other than what I agreed to. After signing the docs he pitched 2 sets of keys to me and pointed to my new King Ranch. No explanation of operation of any kind. The next day I learned that the 2nd set of keys did not fit my vehicle. After numerous calls and 3 weeks, the "sales manager" sent the correct 2nd set of keys. 6 weeks later(September), the check tire pressure message appeared. I checked tire pressure and found all to be in order. I called Vernon Auto service dept and was told that because of the heat this indicator would appear and it wound correct itself. In November, I took my King Ranch to another dealer and they corrected the problem

The customer service I received at the dealership was...

The customer service I received at the dealership was amazing. Deiter was very informative and called me every time he found out some new information about my car and the financing process. Getting a new car is always exciting and I'm really glad I chose to do my business at Vernon Auto Group. I will definitely tell my friends and family about the wonderful service I received when they go to look for a new car.
