I agree not a good dealership at all.

I agree not a good dealership at all. Stay away! Especially women, they will add so many hidden charges and fees that bring your total up 8k more! The have hail damage vehicles that they do not disclose to you! Stay away from Gary in Finance, Ryan New Car Manger and Phoenix! They are nice and manipulative at the same time! I came in with my own financing and they still ran my credit! Reached out to the Sales Director and he never responded! What a joke!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased a 2016 Audi A4 for $16,499.00, gave them $1,500.00 down in cash. Upon picking up the vehicle I sent the Mother of my child to pick it up and she was given NO PAERWORK, while i figured they would mail it it never happened. I did receive the application for title and license however it shows the price of the car was $14,999.00, come to find out when I got the statement from Ally Finance they show me owning $17,209.00 as the original balance... I did not purchase any warranties or anything else. I am appalled at the fact they would be so reckless to think that I wouldn't catch a $2,000.00 discrepancy and I am still responsible for paying SALES TAX!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They also said my credit was a 680 and when I pulled my own credit through a Mortgage Lender who is a friend of mine my Fico was over 720 and they hit me with a 22% interest rate!!!! Further more I got denial letters from other Lenders showing my fico and stating the reason for denial was the collateral was unacceptable for the price of the car!!!!

I came in for service and Isaiah was the best service

I came in for service and Isaiah was the best service person. So pleasant to work with and patient. He took care of my vehicle and made sure that it was clean afterwards. I really appreciate everything that he did to assist me.

Scott Riely is the the kind of salesman that you could

Scott Riely is the the kind of salesman that you could trust to sell a car to your mother or family member without worry that they would be taken advantage of. He is a nice man that will work hard to be fair and make you happy. You will notice that we didn't buy a car. It was a car for my wife. We were offered a fair amount for our trade and a decent price for the car. Unfortunately the wife did not care for the car and another she was interested was not in stock at the time. Scott offered us a very generous offer on a car in stock like my wife wanted in AWD and also offered to get us one to suit her. We were hoping to return home with a new non AWD car and moved on. It is no reflection on Scott and I admire his integrity and the effort he made to work with us on a deal.

I purchased a 2023 Jetta in September of 2023 it is now

I purchased a 2023 Jetta in September of 2023 it is now Dec and I still don’t have my vehicle! I keep telling me the part is on back order! But I did some of my own research and the part is discontinued! Kevin told me I had to purchase the insurance and my car price went from 23000 to 30000 ! I need help with this and can’t seem to get any help

Christopher was great to work with from the first phone

Christopher was great to work with from the first phone call to driving down to purchase the vehicle. We called an inquired about a Tiguan, he knew we were driving from out of town and was quick to FaceTime to show us our options available. Not that I will need to purchase again soon, but if I did, I would definitely go back. No xx on the price or haggling for a deal, really appreciated the process with VW!

From the finance managers that completely lie to your

From the finance managers that completely lie to your face and screw you over to the service department that ignores what you request done to your car, doesn’t call and outrageously overcharges, you are in great hands at Bommarito Volkswagen Hazelwood. The misogyny is simmering in every process and in every employee. It does get better though, don’t worry - there are some of the most unfriendly, unhelpful people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to in reception/call answering and in the service department attempting to schedule appointments/“answer” questions. Whatever kind of day you were having, you can rest assured it will 1000% be ruined after talking to anyone of these gems. I am so angry that I will never get the We Owe for the window tint they have been giving the run around on for nearly 3 years. This is my third car from them and I cannot recommend running faster and farther away this dumpster fire. I am so grateful that I am so incredibly close to being done dealing with this sham of a business.
