BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Jason L Bommarito Volkswagen Hazelwood sold my brother a car with issues!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! He only had the car for 2 weeks before it broke down. They towed it and then told him that he was responsible and the cost to repair was over 5k! He's a professional driver.....he literally drives for a living!! He had nothing to do with why the car broke down. They literally sold him a piece of junk car and stole his money. Oh and when the car broke down the sales guy never called him back. Obviously he only cared about making money and not the customer.

They sold my brother a car with issues!

They sold my brother a car with issues!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! He only had the car for 2 weeks before it broke down. Jason L. Was awesome attentive and even moved over to a different location to expedite my deal so I didn't have to wait great experience great deal will come back and would tell anyone else to come see the guys at bommarito vw....... Ok up date on my experience after 2 weeks of having my car the clutch went out now sence its a mini and not a vw they are sending it to mini to get it checked out communication on this portion has been lacking. I don't have a vehicle to get to work and this is starting to effect life I get that your mechanic can't fix it but it hasn't moved sence friday and an update on weather or not I'm going to get stuck with a bill on a car I haven't even made a payment on yet and be screwed out of money and time and a vehicle all together it would just be nice to get some kind of info I get that u made the sale and now I don't matter but I expected mor from bommarito.ok update number 2 they took it to mini to get it check and came back and said I was responsible because the clutch flywheel and clutch fork were all burnt out I'm sorry but any mechan can tell you that kind of damage isn't going to happen in less than 400 miles unless you are abusing it at a track or something yes I'm a male I'm 38 not 16 and I'm a professional driver that's what I do for a living I needed this to get to and from work not as a toy I'm going to treat it right I really liked this car too but I was under the impression the clutch was new and disregarded the smell I think this dealer ship knew and sold the car anyway and when it broke quicker than they thought now they are just waiting me out dodging my calls and trying to wait tell I go away really bad business didn't expect this from bommarito they have always treated me right but now I'll be going to a different dealer for a new or used car not just bommarito vw don't do business with any of them because if they allow them to treat people this way they allow all of them to do this to people and its not right and they know it witch is why they are trying to ghost me its just sad really if they wanna man up and do right by me I will change all of my reviews cuz I'm not just putting it here thanks again for making my situation worse than it was when I came to you with a car that was braking down letting you know all the problems it had for you to sell me a car and not disclose the issues or when it got a major one not to do the decent thing and fix it.

Cannot say enought great things about Jason Kresko. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind! Thanks so much for all your help. The Loveless family has used Jason many times and will use him again in the furture.

I would recommend you get a car or SUV or any vehicle from salesman Jason Freed he was amazing he worked with us and go us into a truck that we love and worked with us so we didnt have to finance also his amazing customers services he really understands his customers and there needs and the financer was also terrific please please please come here. Our new truck 2017 Chevy Colorado

DO NOT BUY A SERVICE CONTRACT OR GAP INSURANCE!!!!

I bought a new Tiguan from Bommarito Volkswagen Hazelwood in April of 2021. Unfortunately, the car was not big enough for my growing family and I ended up trading the car in. I went for a request for cancellation to get a refund on the balance of the contracts. I went in to sign the paperwork and was given a blank form to sign I asked if I should fill the information in on the form or if the gentleman helping me would do that. He said ah don't worry about it I will fill that all out later. I felt very funny about this so I asked for a copy of the form. Only then did he fill the form out. This was all done on 9/2/2022. On October 15, I called asking for the status of the payment, I was told the check was mailed on October 3rd and sent to the finance company. I am not sure why the check would be sent to the finance company seeing as how I told you it was paid off a month ago (Any other dealership I have worked with has sent a check right to me and I have it within 6 weeks). I called my finance company and they told me they had not received a check. I waited until 10/31 to call my finance company again to see if the received the check. They have not, so I called Bommarito and asked for a check number, the amount, the address to which the check was mailed and if it had cleared. So I get a call back with the check number, name of the finance company and amount but no other information. I have now been calling and leaving messages for 3 days and cannot get a call back or they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I have called and asked to speak with the general manager of the dealership and no one can tell me who that is. What a bunch of crooks!!!

Service department doesn't care if you have an

Service department doesn't care if you have an appointment. They'll get to you whenever. And don't even think about them communicating with you along the way by calling you or returning your calls. Would NOT recommend!

Thank you Andre for selling me such a beautiful 2023 VW Atlas Crossport Se I love it! My Dream Truck, it’s more than what I expected, Dream is like a kit car almost. This truck has a lot of safety in it, very spacious. Bold, beautiful, sexy, classy, and stay ready. I get so many compliments on Dream and absolutely love my interior so much🥰 nice system, great on gas, floats on the highway, etc. I would recommend this truck to anyone. I’ve been complimented on this truck since my purchase and it feels great to see people that are just as happy to see your truck as you are. Thank you Kevin for your help also, I’m greatly appreciative to you both and the VW staff are so welcoming every time I visit and I wish VW plants, especially the employees the best and keep blessing 💯🥰
