Keith at JT Automart in Sanford, NC was fantastic in helping me get my new girl Pearl, Nissan 350Z! The car is a 2006 Touring Sportster with 35,000 miles!! He went over, and beyond, to get me this vehicle!! They don’t make many young men in auto sales like him anymore!! Ask for Keith if you’re looking for a quality ride, and live in NC!! The vehicle was misrepresented and that cost me the
The vehicle was misrepresented and that cost me the deposit plus flight tickets to go there. It seemed like a great deal until I got there and saw the Honda Fit they had for sale. The car did not look like a vehicle with just 33K miles on it since it was pretty trashed by somebody with things broken and squeaky sounds coming from things that should not make such sounds. It was obvious that they cheaply covered up chips and marks and tried to cover up most of the damage with sprays. The smell was pretty strong. Over the phone I was told that the car is very clean and like new with such low mileage. Never trust a used car salesman over the phone before you see the vehicle or it will cost you time and money, as with this dealer. I guess they thought that someone stupid was going to show up to buy it and wouldn't notice??? Totally misrepresented and I'm out 1K because of lies over the phone and pictures not showing all in detail.

Zero stars because the car was invisible thanks to them not knowing which locations their cars are at. Supposed to be at JT in Sanford. Told us to go to Raleigh location cause it was supposed to be there. Car was not there either. Thanks for wasting our day guys.

My daughter purchased a 2017 Honda Accord in June 2024.
My daughter purchased a 2017 Honda Accord in June 2024. We test drove the car and the air was not working and the tire pressure light was on. The salesperson Samantha didn’t even know. She said she will send it done to service. They stated they charge the AC and when we actually picked up the car the AC was working. The tire light was due to them not putting sensors in the new tires which is cheap so that should have been a red flag for us and the fact the car had no gas when we test drove it and they only give $15 in the car and that $15 is even when you purchase it. So upon pick of the vehicle we had to fill the gas tank up. Back to the AC it went out a month later. We called the salesperson Samantha back who called service who said bring it in and inquired about her extended warranty. I told Samantha I will not be bringing the car back to them if they think they going to charge and use her warranty. I mean if that’s what you going to do then we going some where else. Ask for a manager then. Nothing. Between me and my daughter we have called them back and has ask for the manager and each time including the time of me writing this review, no one (manager) has returned our phone call and we do not live near Sanford to just pop up. I actually called the service department on Tuesday August 13 after leaving the Honda dealership to speak with the service manager and was asked what it was regards to and they didn’t come to the phone and I was told they would call me back. As of August 16, I have still yet to hear from anyone from JT Auto Group. I expressed to the ladies who answer the phone my frustration about her AC and how they said it was fixed plus all the other repairs she had to get done. We took the car to Southpoint Honda and her condenser and a valve was leaking. Luckily she purchased an extended warranty and it has been repaired with a $250 deductible . In last then 2 months of her having the car, she had to get an oil change, back brakes and a back rotor. The amount she had paid for this car$18,000+ is ridiculous when she still had to spend money getting repairs done. The lack of response and accountability is ridiculous. We also had to bring it back because her lights wasn’t working during the first week and the service department was not happy. She also has to get a part at the front of the car that looks like a dummy light, I will call it because I don’t know the name but my mechanic friend called to get the part from a part store and that’s another $162. I will never buy again, or refer anyone to this place. This is exactly why I told my daughter to take her money to a bigger dealership.

I had a great, pain-free buying experience with the folk at JT Auto Group. I was buying remotely, so I figured there might be some difficulties, but instead I was impressed with how smoothly and professionally (and quickly) we were able to complete the sale. Thanks to Desmond and the rest of the staff that pitched in for financing and documentation too. You're the greatest! I feel like I got a fair and honest deal, without any surprises.

Z and the Mgmt Staff was very accommodating and made buying experience a breeze! Z understood what I wanted in a vehicle to reflect my personality. And she did just that! She Also offered to drive the vehicle I wanted from the dealership in Sanford to my residence in Southern Pines NC to accommodate me from trying to find someone to pick me up from the dealership since I was buying the car on the same day. Good place to visit for a reasonably priced vehicle, good customer service! Both Austin and Jon were very helpful in the process from beginning to the end. Just wished Austin was able to be there to close out our transaction. Jon assisted in the close and was very thorough, just wanted to end at least with Austin in the building, very friendly guy to work with.
