Angela, Justin, and Chris were absolutely wonderful. They looked all of the US get the exact car I wanted, even tho there were only 4 made in the US. The process was painless.

From start to closing, Kenny Smith provided an excellent sales experience. His overall customer service was appreciated, especially his assistance in removing and replacing my bed cover. I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a vehicle.

Run don't walk away from this dealership!

Run don't walk away from this dealership! The car dealer industry has always had a shady side but these people take it to a new level. Went to look at a used car today. Price online was listed at $8,999. Put an inquiry online to make sure the car was still there. They called immediately. Car was there and I made an appointment to see and drive it. I drove 40 minutes to go see this vehicle. Went through the entire test drive and their sales process to be presented with a price document of over $16,000. I thought they made a mistake. I asked if we were talking about the same care. Sales rep said "absolutely". I asked about price listed online and she said that was before "all the work had been done on the car". I have zero tolerance for this type of garbage. I immediately walked out. Sales manager came out and wanted to know what was wrong. I let him know that they were a "dirty" and "deceitful" business. I wouldn't buy a car from these people if it were $100. Buyer beware!

FAIR WARNING: I am leaving this review for those that

FAIR WARNING: I am leaving this review for those that are interested in purchasing a vehicle from Lugoff Ford dealership and the experience I received. John was my salesman, Joe was the financing agent, and Rhonda is the Manager. I was lied to from the very beginning regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I purchased the vehicle and not 2 hours later realized that the salesman showed me the transmission dipstick rather than the oil dipstick when asked about the oil. Any salesperson should know where the oil dipstick is when showing a vehicle. The vehicle had NO OIL. I trusted that what he showed me was the oil dipstick. I would never have purchased a vehicle that had no oil. When asked about getting out of the contract due to being mislead (lied). Was informed the transaction never went through and they have not filed the paperwork. Chris wrote on the purchasing agreement that the transaction was voided (Joe had already left for the day) and was told to come back the next day to receive additional documentation that the vehicle was returned and only received a note that Rhonda signed stating the transaction was voided. Four days later, the amount is still owed in my bank account and when asked the dealership, they stated a check was mailed instead of electronically transmitted. I asked and received the check# and address of the location the check was sent and stated "I hope that I am not being lied to about this as I was when I purchased the vehicle". Shortly after this, I received a call from my bank, stating the loan was paid in full by credit card. So, again I was lied to about this whole purchasing experience. GOOD LUCK to those of you who choose to do business with this dealership. If you want to receive top notch experience, go to JIM HUDSON. EXPERIENCE IT ONCE AND YOU'LL NEVER FORGET IT! My future vehicle purchases will be with JIM HUDSON, thanks Randy Alexander for the experience! FYI: In order to leave this review, I had to leave a 1 star rating, in which they don't deserve.

The car that I test drove was not road safe.

The car that I test drove was not road safe. Rpms where jumping and transmission had obvious issue. Paint was pealing off and none of that was disclosed prior to test drive. Vehicle is still listed on their site with a $1000 reduction. Not sure how the car knowingly sell a car that’s not road safe/worthy. Completely dishonest!!!
