First of all, I scheduled a test drive one week ago, but when I arrived at their place, the car I was interested in was still placed in the showroom, and they told me they were not able to get it out for a test drive unless I could wait for 40mins. So I was waiting because I came from Worcester, which takes me one and a half hours drive to arrive. Then a salesman named JOE came up and talked to me. Originally I scheduled the test drive with another salesman named Benjamin, he seems reasonable, but somehow this JOE just showed up and took over Benjamin's work. HE GOTTA A SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEM! I was trying to show him some information I received on my laptop, but my laptop died and need to charge somehow. While we were waiting for my computer to get charged, he seems IMPATIENT and asks me whether my laptop was made in china. Excuse me??? I am a sensible international student, and I felt he was humiliating my motherland! How would a loser like that manage to be a salesman? He was impatient the whole time, which makes me really uncomfortable. And when we failed to negotiate a price he came up with: "I could give u a hundred bucks discount." Honestly, that's the worst salesman I have ever met. Would not recommend this dealer. Oh btw, Joe, did you sell that A7 on the next day as you promised me? LMFAO

I found AutoMall on here. I was looking to purchase a specific vehicle and they are the one who had the best value. I found a car that had the perfect price for the perfect amount of miles. However, AutoMall is located in a different state than I reside. I talked to 2 different people initially but Randy, the Finance Manager, was the one who assisted through the whole process. He eased all my concerns by stating they do out of state purchases often and, since I couldn’t test drive the car, he willingly FaceTime me and we went through the car together. When I questioned a few things in the pictures on the website that concerned me he went over the car again to be sure there weren’t any issues. I asked a ton of questions- which I feel is necessary when completing this type of transaction- and Randy answered all of them and was very patient and understanding. The car was shipped to me. Upon arrival the car looked like it was presented in FaceTime and in the photos. There were only a few areas of concern: I feel like if I didn’t ask the right questions then things may have not been disclosed appropriately. So be sure to ask!! I also feel like communication could have been better. Just with the loan process, confirmation upon receiving documents, that I needed cash or certified check to pay hauler upon delivery (good thing I had a few banks to pull from on a Sunday), having to ask for tracking number for title shipment and it wasn’t shipped when stated. These are all minor concerns - overall I feel the purchase of a vehicle from AutoMall (especially while in a different state) was a blessing! They definitely know what they are doing and Randy is top notch!

Good dealership, good people. One of the best car buying experience I've ever had. Hassle free and professional. Rand made the whole buying process quick. Was in and out within an hour. Eddie was very quick with responses aswell.

I recently purchased a car from Automall. Joseph Tumbiolo was wonderful. He wanted to know what we were looking for and was happy to show us and discuss (pros and cons) of several options. Straight forward, honest and extremely accommodating!! The entire automall staff could not have made our experience anymore enjoyable or seamless....and I’m thrilled with my purchase!!!

Excellent Dealership
The first thing I noticed when I drove into the dealership was the inventory. Lots and lots of beautiful cars. The experience got better from there as I jumped into a BMW and went for a road test. Once I decided to buy the deal was complete in about 15 minutes. Overall great experience

Refused a test Drive
Went in to check out a vehicle they posted on Cars.com, right off the bat Salesman Joe told me not to waste his time if I wasn't going to buy the car.. I said the car is overpriced I'd like to purchase it if they were willing to negotiate on the price... Manager says "we'll negotiate after we sell the car to someone else"...

Great Experience
We worked with Ben at The Auto Mall. Ben was knowledgeable but not pushy which I really appreciated. The finance guy was fast and super efficient. Bigger dealerships hold you hostage while they go back and forth with their sales manager, The Auto Mall doesn’t. That’s the #1 reason I’d recommend them. Plus, they have beautiful luxury cars.
