I recently purchased a car from the Auto Mall Collection in Peabody,Ma.. I was amazed how quickly they responded to my enquires. . They had a great selection of vehicles and Joe Tumbiolo and his team made buying a car a wonderful and easy experience . I would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a new car or SUV! In September I went to Auto Mall Collection to look at an Audi A4, my sales person Nick was great. He showed me multiple vehicles and took the time to show me differences between multiple vehicles. I purchased a 2013 A4 with 36k miles. At around 38k miles the breaks were very squeaky, I took the vehicle to my local Audi dealership and was informed that the pads were 2mm and 3mm. New pads are 10mm. I had to replace the pads and rotors to the turn of $1500. When I called the dealership they essentially told me that because the car pass inspection when purchased they would do nothing for me. I would high recommend shopping elsewhere. What kind of dealership doesn't stand behind the product the sold.

They tried to sell me a car without a title. They could't ever get the title and it took prying to find out that that was the hold up. They kept "yesing" me to death about getting my registration and it took showing up there to finally get the truth in the place in Norwood. The people in Peabody are xxxx and try to screw you!! Stay away!! This place is highly fraudulent!! They tried to sell me a car that had many issues and wouldn't stand by it!! They then put me in a rental car that they advised was on them and then they tried to force me to pay for it!!!! STAY AWAY OR PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!! They say that used car dealers are xxxx and Automall in Peabody proved it tenfold!!!!!

We were very pleased with Joe T. and the Auto Mall Collection . We travelled from the Bangor, Maine area and were shown exceptional service from Joe T. and his general manager John. They were able to complete the entire sales process in one visit. They were also able to deliver the vehicle to our home in Maine and even assist in the registration process. They have delivered on every promise an we highly recommend that you give them a call. We will be contacting them in the spring for our next purchase.

I have purchased 4 cars from the Automall Group. It seems as though every time I start my search on Cars.com they always have the cars I like at the best prices. This time I worked with Joe and he was great, no pressure and he wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied with the car. Eddie and John are great guys and my experiences have been smooth and they have always worked with me in a fun and professional manner. I have purchased a loaded Pathfinder, A G37S and 2 Audi A5's. I am hoping my latest A5 is as good as the other 3 cars, which I loved each of them!

I won’t be back. I worked with Jay and if he went to Mercedes I would buy another car from him. As a sales rep he was easy to deal with. A bit of back and forth / long negotiation but that is expected with small margins. Week 1: You start to realize how many little things are broken. For me it was the memory seat function. None of the seat controls worked and the car had to be left at Mercedes to be fixed. Also noticed more “annoying issues” Minor crack in a reflector, front headlight cracked. Week 2: Entire Airmatic system in the back gave out and had to be replaced. The dealer said he’d seen bad systems but never a complete blow out like this. Week 3: The trunk auto open and close button stopped working and the car thought the trunk was open even when it was closed. Rear view camera stopped working because of this. Had this car not been under Mercedes warranty we are talking about some major repairs in the first 3 weeks. At least $5k+. The warranty is up in 3K miles and I am very worried. I am going to purchase the 3rd party warranty Mercedes offers. Once you purchase out of network MB will not let you extend the MB warranty. (avoid the one sold by Automall – terrible reviews). I would suggest going to the manufacturer (Mercedes, BMW etc) and paying the extra $2-3K up front for a better car and avoid the headaches.

Had a great experience at this dealership. I purchased my third vehicle at this dealership and each time has been very pleasant. I would recommend Automall Collection to any anybody who is looking for high end luxury cars for some great prices. The GM John is very helpful and very professional, as well as all the salesmen. I will for sure be coming back for future purchases!!

I bought a Chrysler 300 limited, from Automall Collection the other day and my experience was outstanding from from the beginning to the end. I called on Sunday to ask about the car and spoke to the sales representative Joe T. He was very informative and end easy to deal with, he directed me to the spot one their website where I could fill out a credit application. He responded back to me within 5 minutes. I drove down the next morning to take a look, I received a call from Joe on the way down to see if I needed any help finding the dealership. The car looked brand new just like the rest of the lot, so we got right to the minamal paper work and I would say no more then a half hour and I was on the road. There is no question that I will be bringing my buisness back to The AutoMall Collection, the staff is professional but you also feel very comfortable dealing with them.
