Took my Mazda CX-9 which I purchased from Rick Case .azda for service work and the staff was very detailed and specific in my car concerns. I was statified with the workmanship and professional communication between the staff at Rick Case and myself. I plan to bring my car for future maintenance and upkeep to keep my car running smoothly. The video contactless was GREAT seeing my car being worked on and communicating with the service people.

It’s okay. The communication is not the best. It’s gotten better since last year though. Last year was full of miscommunication and deceiving when it came to me purchasing wrap coverage. My husband and I purchased a car in January last year and are now paying extra for coverage, not aware that it didn’t cover fixing certain things even though wrap coverage literally means it would cover door to door problems and now we are stuck with it. Please work on explaining everything thoroughly and going through all paperwork with your potential buyers.
