What to say??
Where to start? At 61 years young....buying a car is not a new experience. I understand completely that when buying a car you must do your homework and even after doing your homework... the car you purchase may not be everything you hoped for. That's the nature of cars. That said... Because of the nature of cars you hope that the dealership you buy the car from will stand behind the car regardless of what happens after you buy. That said, Rick Case Mazda failed miserably in handling my issues, and that's actually putting it nicely. There's not enough space for me to write the kind of review this dealership needs. Even after going to the general manager I was not satisfied. Let me take that back.. the general manager actually did get the ball rolling ... but his staff failed miserably from Day One... and continues to fail even today. To be honest... I wasn't even going to write a review... (What good do they really do?) ... until we tried to get copies of paperwork that were misplaced two months later. My daughter was on the phone multiple times asking for simple copies.... and at one point an open mic allowed her to hear everyone laughing about the fact that she kept calling back. "Who are we going to turn her over to next?" This reminded me of one of several times she went to pick up the car from repair after being told it was ready. When she arrived .. she waited 45 minutes for the car to appear, only to be handed the keys from the technician who was holding the keys in one hand and a Wendy's hamburger in the other. Seems her 45 minute wait involved his lunch.... Jeff (general manager) I don't know what you think you're managing but I assure you ....you are in charge of a zoo and nothing less. Whatever you're doing to manage your staff is failing and failing miserably. In closing I would say, if you're going to buy a new car you're in good hands, because the likelihood of something going wrong is slim to none. If you buy a used car from these people though.... Good luck!

I had a great experience working with Divan Van Der Walt. As the purchaser of the car, I appreciate that he spoke directly to me and not my husband. He friendly, professional and was very knowledgeable about the car. I never felt rushed or pressured. He handled the deal himself and didn’t bring managers into the conversation which was great. When the car was delivered, he spent a lot of time pointing out and explaining the various features. This may not seem like a big deal but we watched someone else spend very little time with their client and she started driving away with the top part way up. I would have zero hesitation recommending Divan. I also thought the finance manager is was very nice to work with.
