Booked oil change online.
Booked oil change online. Online price stated $59.99. When I went to service it the price went up to $80. Was told the price is going up on everything. Not sure why the advertise that price in the first place

The staff is friendly and the techs do good work.
The staff is friendly and the techs do good work. The only issue is that they always seem to be backed up. When I schedule an appointment a week in advance for simple service (oil change and tire rotation), a wait time of a little over two hours is a bit ridiculous. However, I will keep going back. Hopefully their wait times will get a little bit better.

It’s difficult to get someone on the phone to make an
It’s difficult to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. I had to call through the sales department to be able to make an appointment. The “multi point” wasnt given to me. No video, no form to show my battery level how many seconds per rotation I left on my tires. Or when I should do a engine maintenance such as, fluid flush, carbon dioxide clean, manifold clean, etc. I’m missing a screw for my undercarriage cover. When I went for a service, my fluids were not replenished. My coolant levels were SUPER low. I want to continue using Rick Case but they have to do better and show some more customers service and provide the work. I want to be able to come back and to continue using your services.
