Juan was terrific. He found the exact car in the color and trim package I was requesting. He never made me feel like I would have to settle for something different, like other dealships did. Juan followed up with me routinely. He was so professional and helped me get to know my new vehicle. No request I made was ever treated as unreasonable and I was treated like a VIP. I'd definitely recommend Juan and Rick Case Mazda to anyone looking for service that will find you what you want with efficiency.

Everyone was helpful without being “high pressure.” Our salesman, Divan, was extremely bright and personable. I returned a few days later to complete the transaction, and 3 more folks were a pleasure to deal with. Excellent!

When I first bought my 2014 Mazda 6 the service department was great. I used to get free car wash, and $25.00 check. Now it seems like they have a higher turn over rate with employees. This last oil change I didn’t get my service video next oil change I’m taking my wife and my Mazda to the dealership in Buford.

Too much tasting time, 2:15 pm appointment, got a message by 2:22 pm with a link that my car is under service process. The process was done by 3:00 pm cuz I can see from the side window. Then nobody touch my car after 3:00 pm, and also nobody came to me and ask by 4:30. The service is so bad over all.

Long wait times for simple service tasks considering I already had an appointment. Extremely outdated facilities and lounge area. We were literally standing in a warehouse. If work was appropriately quoted I would’ve simply brought in the vehicle a day before and not wait on it. All that was done on the car was regular scheduled maintenance. I’ve owned a VW for 15 years and never have experienced such subpar service. I wasn’t to emphasize that my service advisor was very friendly and professional, but the facility is what made this be so bad. Will definitely be using a different dealer in the future.

Well received and kept updated on the service being done on the vehicle. Special mention about the walk theough vedio. Would suggest if you can add any general maintenance tips as part of that vedio.
