The service department is highly efficient, knowledgeable and perform quality work. Customer service personnel are friendly and helpful. They explain the purpose of the service and carry it out within the time estimated, and at.reasonable rates. They give suggestions how to improve car performance, but do not try to “upsell” unnecessary work. My car, as a consequence, has performed flawlessly. This seems to be the Mazda way and is a refreshing change from other dealer experiences I could mention. I have been subjected to mediocre service and worse from several other companies. As a result, I have become a Mazda fanatic. Having driven my 6 Signature over 19,000 miles cross country in 4 months, I have subsequently helped several others purchase Mazdas. Keep up the good work and us fanatics will always be there to support you!

I came in for a recall and I immediately was helped. I had spoken to Justin for information regarding my vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and polite and made my experience so much easier. I dropped my car off the day before and was all done by the next afternoon. :)

Worse dealership
Wish i never purchased my new vehicle with this company. Worse decision I’ve ever made. Purchased my vehicle two months ago and i am still unable to drive the car. The sales person is non- responsive and the manager did not handle the situation accordingly.
