Overall the dealer experience was really nice and...

Overall the dealer experience was really nice and thorough. I really like the video report from the mechanic. Service people were very friendly responsive and helpful. Also like the shuttle service provided.

Rick Case Mazda and the employees that work there are...

Rick Case Mazda and the employees that work there are simply amazing. Divan was my salesperson, and he took care of me every step of the way. I never felt pressured, I felt valued even before I showed up at the dealership. When I arrived, I felt welcomed and appreciated. They gave me and excellent deal on my dream Mazda, and made sure to make me feel appreciated, even after the sale. They follow up with you, they genuinely care, and I even appreciate that much of the staff drive Mazdas themselves, which speaks volumes for just how incredible these cars really are. Do not hesitate to tell Rick Case Mazda what you want, they will do everything within their power to get it for you, and take care of you every step of the way.

The people who work there are great and really care, unfortunately they haven’t been able to diagnose and fix my electrical problem as yet.

Came in to replace one of my tires, they were able to get me in for an appointment within that same week I called. They swapped the tire out in a timely manner

The sales experience was mostly good with a couple of...

The sales experience was mostly good with a couple of exceptions. Our salesperson told us that the Loyalty discount was already part of the "price difference" shown on the new car inventory listing on the internet. The second thing was that we did not get the SD card for the navigation system when the car was delivered. We were told by the salesperson that we could buy the SD card from Amazon. When we got home, our research showed that every Signature should come with the SD card in the vehicle.

I was worried about my tire. I saw what looked like a...

I was worried about my tire. I saw what looked like a gash. I was going to wait until I needed service and then a warning light came on my dash. I called my Rick Case Dealership I made an appointment. They always greet me, everyone was wearing masks and they saw me right away. They inspected the tire and said it was a small scratch. The added air to the tire(s) that was low. I was advised that all tires will need to be replaced in the near future. Everyone was nice and explained everything thoroughly. I believe I received excellent service.

Excellent customer service! Also great experience with Elijah in Sales. Top Notch Experience!! Also Trevon the Service guy was phenomenal! I was confused about the intake process at first for Service, but it was cool once Trevon helped me out.
