You often hear dealerships advertise they are different but at Rick Case Mazda they deliver. From the time I contacted them regarding a used car they had in their inventory to our first and subsequent visits to the lot, to the close of the deal and then when the car was delivered to our door we felt welcomed and valued as a customer. And this was not on a new car but on a very low priced used car we purchased for our son as his first car. It was a welcome change from every other dealership we went to over the past 3 weeks.
