I will never buy a car anywhere else other than Rick...

I will never buy a car anywhere else other than Rick Case. My servicing is always superb customer service great honest and dependable. This is the second car that I have owned and less than a year that I purchased through Rick Case. I have never been dissatisfied. I can always depend on them to be professional and ensuring that when I get the car back from Servicing that I will have no problems. The follow-up phone calls that I received after my service says a lot about the value of the company. I once even got a phone call from mr. Case himself. Yes they are other dealerd but with my experience I will never feel comfortable going anywhere else

Awesome dealership! I have bought and serviced two Mazda’s there and they have always taken great care of me. Jeff in service is the best!

Terrible Managers

I came into the service department on July 27th, 2020 to get my driver side seat belt inspected because it no longer is latching. I have had the worst customer experience dealing with this department for the last few days. The only person that has given me some assistance has been Tori. The day that I came to the service department, the manager supposedly was not there, and I was told that my seat belt assembly was out of warranty. I contacted Mazda USA to get additional information about the repair of my seat belt, which they have tried on several occasions to get in touch with the service department as well. For the last few days I have been trying to get in touch with the service manager Chris and was told that he would get back in touch with me. Today I tried to call Chris, no answer, and I decided to leave a message. He called me back, which he falsly stated that no one told him that I was trying to get in touch with him, and that he does not sit by his phone all day to see who is calling him. His level of customer service within that interaction was horrible. He was very very rude, constantly cut me off, and eventually I asked him to transfer me to the general manager. He reluctantly transferred me to the product specialist Marquelle McKay, which is not the general manager Masaud Wiggins. Which I'm sure he knows that. I have also tried to get in touch with you Mr. Wiggins, with no luck, as your voicemail box is full. Due to the horrible experience that I have had within the last few days at the service department, I will be seeking service for my Mazda elsewhere. In the future, I hope that you, as well as other managers, at Rick Case Mazda treat future customers with better care than I have received. Unless you like receiving horrible customer service, I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Rick Case Mazda always does a great job. Just had my car serviced and they sent a video of everything they did. That was above and beyond my expectations. Keep up the awesome work!

Very bad experience

Had an agreed price on cx5 new which was at the port. I told them up front that i was going to finance with mazda 0% interest, i went to sign the papers and give a deposit, again i was shown the sales price and signed the offer sheet. Next stop finace, he told me they made a mistake and would be adding 1500 to the sales price, as i wasnt taking their rip off financing, i have an 815 credit score so i dont need to pay more than 3% even with my bank. We had a deal that they would not honor and i walked on principle. Dont waste your time with these people they cannot be trusted.

Never have any issues when I bring my vehicle in for service at Rick Case Mazda. Chris and Jeff are always thorough, professional and courteous. My car is always serviced in a timely manner and the cost is always reasonable.

They have horrible managers...

The manager, Avery, is a pushy sarcastic man that doesn’t need to be in customer service. I bought my car from them and it was not a pleasant experience at all. As per part of my deal I got an update with my purchase. My salesman scheduled my appointment but when I showed up a week later and the mechanic On duty informed me I was scheduled to be worked on by another mechanic who was off that day. Not such a big deal he rescheduled me for the following day. Well when I informed Avery, he blamed me. He told me I had to be rescheduled because I was late. Okay I was two minutes late but I was two minutes late the next day as well and they still worked on my car. They didn’t even take my car out of the lot for 30 minutes after I got there for my actual appointment. What kinda manger blames the customer after his employee already told the customer the truth. Then two weeks after I bought the car the Preform maintenance light came on. I informed Avery about it but all that poor excuse for an employee did was offer to have the mechanic call me to help me turn off the light. He made it clear he has no intention of actually checking the car out for me to give me some piece of mind that the 2 ton vehicle they sold me isn’t a 14,000 dollar piece of crap. This dealership and it’s management is sketchy. Please go literally anywhere else.

People are weird, then they blame the dealership

I have purchases 2 new mazdas from this location, one finance other one leased. I've had no issues so far. J'Nyis and Avery are great sales people. The repair service is also good!
