I requested a cam shaft sensor.

I requested a cam shaft sensor. They kept my truck for over a month. When I returned from Florida. They couldn't find my truck or my keys. After that they suggested that I needed a motor, I agreed. They gave my a discount to compensate for the first mishap. My truck is not running properly so I had the car towed to them. At this time, I was told that I needed a new thermostat and a water pump. The service consultant advised me that he put in a new motor but with my old parts because of the discount. I had known I would've just paid full price. Now, it more than the original price. Customer service is a ZERO!

I had an excellent experience with the service department

I had an excellent experience with the service department at Ed Napleton River Oaks Jeep site. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, care, courtesy, and communication was truly outstanding.
