A huge thank you to the best sales person Edward Sanders and finance specialist Roberto Cortez. We came in wanting to trade in my Jeep Cherokee to something with more space. The dealership contacted me numerous times expressing

The dealership contacted me numerous times expressing their interest in acquiring my Subaru, assuring me that I would be offered a price in line with the blue book listing. In addition to their assurances, I also obtained a quote for my vehicle from them on Cargurus, further solidifying my expectation of a fair offer. However, upon finally visiting the dealership, I was taken aback by the unexpectedly low valuation they presented for my car. This was especially disheartening considering the dealership's persistent efforts to convince me to bring the car in, only to then make an offer that fell significantly short of what I had been led to anticipate. The discrepancy between their initial promises and the actual offer left me feeling very insulted and a complete waste of my time and especially from me coming from another State. Very disappointed with the entire experience. - ADRYN
