Used to love this dealer until they changed mangmnt Bought many cars & trucks from them and will never return! Bought my Ram in for service the Servc tech finally approached me ( his name is Ken) finally talked to me after 30 min . Very rude no "welcome sir" . He tells me he will call me once they know whats up . I said let me know asap so I can rent a car ( Mind you its there for the 3rd time for the same issue which is under warranty ) So at 9:30 am I leave now its 4:30 pm no call So I call in and Im told the Truck was ready at noon and the tech Ken left at 4 pm . I ask why no one called me and the response is HUH ? I don't know I come in and they charge me $200 bucks for Warrnty covered Items I call the service Manger Mark Szydo ? He is like sorry I will give you a free oil change ..Im like really for all this trouble . I came in and sat across from Mark he knows the trouble they put me through no apology ...So Napelton is now Nopelton Left many msgs to mangmnt no return calls Terrible dishonest dealership Buyer beware stay away from them trust me you will thank me later

The service and experience I have received from Napleton's River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram IS THE WORST. This dealership has been so dismissive to my requests and issues it’s insane. Alllll my girlies pls find another dealership where they don’t ignore women’s concerns.My jeep was making noise when I was breaking so I took it in for inspection. I was told breaks were good and the guy asked, “well how are you breaking”… not sure if it’s because I am a woman. Took my jeep in a THIRD time to have it inspected as the noise got worse and I was told I needed new rotors, break pads, hoses and calipers… HOW DO MY BREAKS GO FROM BEING FINE TO NOW NEEDING ALL THESE THINGS .. Not sure why it took 3 times for it be inspected for them to find the issue. Like who is working on these inspections and how is management not involved this is so dangerous. I decided to get service done for my breaks this past Friday and went to pick up my jeep Saturday. Just to add the cherry on top this dealership lost my key to my Jeep. I was not told anything until after waiting for 45 min in the lobby I got up and politely asked what was taking so long and then they told me. I thankfully had my spare and told them to call me when they found my key. It is now MONDAY 10 AM and I have not heard anything since. This dealership has no type of accountability for the TERRIBLE service they provide. Had they listened to me when I took my jeep in I would’ve probably not needed new rotors and break pads as I had switched them in October. I paid close to $1,000 in labor and parts and still had a HORRIBLE experience. I truly feel like they take women as a joke and are so dismissive to anything that is said. If I did not have a video to prove the noise my jeep was making they would’ve told me again breaks were fine. ONCE I GOT IN MY JEEP MY WINDSHIELD PHONE HOLDER WAS ALSO BROKEN. I tried to partner up with manager RICK and he no longer works there.. what is happening. THIS DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO DO BETTER TO ALLL CLIENTS BUT ALSO TO WOMEN. I’ve wasted so much time and have also taken off of work and this dealership truly does not value the time of their customers.

This dealership is a joke!
This dealership is a joke! I don't know how they got almost 5 star rating. They don't even deserve 0 star. My story with them started when I was interested in purchasing 2020 Mercedes-Benz C300. I had my finances pre-approved. I filled out their finance application. We agreed on the price. I set an appointment to pick up tge car. I purchased my plane ticket. Two day before I was supposed to fly, I called Neisha, I left messages, I emailed, I called again demanding to talk to the sales manager, I was put on hold only to be disconnected. I knew something was wrong. One day before I flew over there, I noticed that the vehicle is no longer available or advertised. Turned out, the vehicle was sold. No body had the courtesy to contact me. Few days later, while I am still looking to purchase a car, I found the same car that I was surprised to purchase from Napelton Honda for $23000, advertised at Napelton Kia Acura dealership for $24999. You see, the car was not sold, It was moved to another sister dealership and raised the price by $3000. They deceived me and they lied to me. They definitely don't deserve my business. However, they deserve this negative review. On the bright side, this experience was very valuable to my daughter. It was going to be her first car, before heading to college this fall. Her first impression was not to trust any dealership. I sincerely don't want anyone to fall victim to the malpractice of this dealership. If you want to avoid the headache, go somewhere else where you are considered valuable customer!

Yesterday, I came in to fix a tire problem with my 2020
Yesterday, I came in to fix a tire problem with my 2020 Jeep Cherokee, which I purchased from here. Few hours later, I drove off the lot with a brand new 2024 Grand Jeep Cherokee. I'm still in shock ! Edward Sanders ( sales associate ) remembered, from my last visit, I wanted to upgrade to a Grand Cherokee with sunroof. At first, I was skeptical that I couldn't afford it. Along with Roberto, Conrad, and Edward Sanders, they found a way for me to drive my dream truck off the lot. I'm forever grateful.

Horrible team!
Horrible team! I purchased a car from them Oct.7 the check engine light came on a week later! They have been trying to fix the car since! They have tried 5 times! Staff is not helpful at all! No idea when it will be ready. Management is very rude! Stay away from this dealership!

Worst experience EVER!
Worst experience EVER!! Took my Jeep Wrangler in on 6/14 and never received a call. I had to call them on 6/17. My service person never called back. I was told he was too busy to come to the phone. I called back on 6/18. My Jeep had not been looked at so I made a big fuss about it, then I was told by Kim, I could come pick it up, which I did!! They did NO work and I will never go back! Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!
