The service and detail department should check the tire air pressures on the new vehicles, I told the salesman when I came back the next day that the Sportage was a bit quick and unstable on the steering and I felt the air pressure was to high, well it was over 10 lbs too high at about 46 lbs instead of 35 lbs.

It was a long process but consistent with previous experience. I was satisfied with the customer service and love my vehicle!

Joshua Schmidt greated my wife Kathy and I with a sincere smile and a firm handshake. Typically hard to find with the younger generation. We were shopping for a new car yesterday. He answered our questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he said so, but went and found the right answer. Jacob laliberte has excellement customer service explained everything my Kia needs to have done, got the appointment set up and even said my car will be washed on the outside no charge I love people who go out of their way to help. I have no negatives to say.
