We purchased a new Outback from Brent. It was by far the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had. Much of the discussion was conducted through email. Brent replied quickly to my messages and answered my questions completely. We agreed on a price and there were no hassles or hidden charges when I came in to complete the purchase. Highly recommended.

I was involved in a car accident that resulted in the total loss of my vehicle. I found a car at the Subaru Superstore that was exactly what I was looking for. Scott Jenkins made the purchase of my replacement car stress free for me. I have since taken a friend back to the store who was looking to trade in her vehicle. Scott worked with us to get her into a NEW Subaru Outback. She is so very excited! What a team of professionals they have at this store!

We would like to say how our experience was with this dealership it was awesome from Morgan to Steve and Brent. These guys were the best. They made our day and made everything posible too trading in our two cars. Driving away with 2012 Impreza and a 2010 Impreza. They were very professional and very knowledgeable in there vehicles. It was the best experience when buying a car. We kept them very busy for a couple days. In the end our son traded his car in too. They stayed even past them time at work to finish everyhting. Thanks! You are the best! We our a Subaru family! And thats how we were treated as family.

I know that when I take my Subaru Outback in for service...

I know that when I take my Subaru Outback in for service that I will always be greeted before I get in the door by Kristi. I am always told exactly what and why a service needs to be performed on my car when needed and I never feel like I don't know what I had done. Kristi is very thorough when explaining service issues with my car. I leave feeling very satisfied.

My mother is 81 years old and was afraid of a lot of...

My mother is 81 years old and was afraid of a lot of pressure. This was no problem. when she said no to something it was left no unless the salesman felt like it was something she really needed. He was friendly, joked a lot and took very good care of us. Neither man hurried mom because they knew she was afraid to spend the money with the economy the way it is even though she had the money. She'd been through the Great Depression and remembers. Thank you so much for your service and your caring. I felt like we made new friends. I feel like we could stop in to say "Hi" anytime!

Honestly this dealership is, in my opinion, the gold standard to which all other dealers should be judged, regardless of brand. I've been going to the Subaru Superstore since the weekend they opened and now have purchased a new vehicle from them in addition to the 2 others that my family already had. Yesterday was the first service due on my 2012 Impreza Sport and in the same fashion I've come to expect from the Superstore in the past 2 years of servicing my old Subaru, the work was done quickly and professionally. The staff are genuinely personable and are willing to take the time to not only discuss your issues, but also remember you and who you are from previous visits. I always love dropping in during my service appointments to just say hello to Kristi or Brent. Do not hesitate to bring your Subaru here for service or shop here for your newest purchase, unlike other Subaru dealers in the valley they don't expect your business, they EARN your business, your trust, and your respect and will continue to earn it for years after the sale.

We had been contemplating a new car, but hadn't decided...

We had been contemplating a new car, but hadn't decided when. We arrived at the Subaru Super Store to have the oil changed in ou4 2008 Outback. While we waited in extremely customer friendly waiting area, my husband explored the sales floor. John Dye answered his questions and helped us find out what our old car was worth. The whole experience was so much fun. We left with our new 2012 Outback feeling very satisfied. If you want a great experience in a clean and friendly place, you have to go to the Subaru Super Store!!!!

The last car we bought was in 1996, so I was expecting a...

The last car we bought was in 1996, so I was expecting a rather traumatic experience. I found the opposite. All the people I encountered at Subaru Superstore in Chandler were exceptionally friendly and helpful. By the time I drove my new Forester away, I had been instructed in how everything functions and every question was answered. I'm looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Subaru Superstore!

I had a great overall experience with the Subaru...

I had a great overall experience with the Subaru Superstore in Chandler.(Purchased a used Ford F250 trade-in) Everyone including the owners are clearly dedicated to making sure that you are satisfied before, during, and after a vehicle purchase. Scott Jenkins was my sales person and he is friendly, honest, and personable. He listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions, and did not try to push a hard sale. If you are looking for one of the few "honest" dealerships left, to buy your next new or used vehicle, I recommend visiting Scott Jenkins and the Suburu Superstore.

Overall a pleasant, no-pressure, buying experience. Everyone was very professional and, in particular, Sheri made an attempt to see my questions and concerns from my point of view. All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
