Overall a pleasant, no-pressure, buying experience. Everyone was very professional and, in particular, Sheri made an attempt to see my questions and concerns from my point of view. All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Mike Rigney took our phone call and gave us directions to...

Mike Rigney took our phone call and gave us directions to the dealership. He kindly asked if we had an associate we were working with and when we did not he offered his services. He related well to us and listened to our son's needs. He quickly and efficiently worked on the test drive for us. When our son decided to purchase the vehicle the paperwork was taken care of efficiently and accurately. Thanks, too, for the wonderful snacks!!

At 70 years of age. I have to say this has been the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. John and Marc where very professional and went out of there way to help us find the right car.

We can't say enough about this Dealer and the fine young...

We can't say enough about this Dealer and the fine young man Mike Rigney they have working for them. First impressions can make or break a sale relationship. Well Mike Rigney made the right impression with the willingness to go above and beyond with the help of his finance team to back him up. Was truthful, informative, kind, considerate,patient,understanding. Made us feel at ease. No pressure. We had the privledge to meet the owner and shake his hand very down to earth and dedicated to his employees seemed to have that special work relationship with them which was nice to see. Mike had great confidence when he spoke and showed us that he takes pride in what he does and who he works for. We thank Mike Rigney and the whole team for such a GREAT experiance and for helping us out and making our time with you enjoyable. This dealer was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. Very low pressure. They were very willing to work with on just about everything. They were very accommodating even for the extras we needed to add on later.

I purchased a used vehicle from Subaru Superstore one...

I purchased a used vehicle from Subaru Superstore one month ago. Despite my research showing that this place had many positive reviews, I was apprehensive about my first time shopping at a dealership, since my prior purchases were from friends, and what with the stigma of buying used cars, I was going in with my guard up. I was pleasantly surprised to find out all those positive reviews were well deserved; my experience was excellent! I knew exactly which car I wanted from looking at the pre-owned inventory online and checking out the CarFax report, and it presented exactly as described. Scott was up-front about some minor damage to the vehicle and adjusted the price accordingly. I didn't feel pressured to buy and didn't feel attacked by up-selling. The price was fair and condition of the car was great (I later had it checked over with my long-time personal mechanic who approved my purchase as sound quality). My interactions with Scott and Les with financing were courteous and good-humored, and left me feeling well-respected. I have since recommended this dealership to a couple of friends for future purchases; my boyfriend, who accompanied me on this venture, is already planning to get his next vehicle here after being impressed by the friendly environment and interactions, quality of products, reasonable prices and the overall ease and comfort of the buying process that we experienced.

I love my new 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX. It's gorgeous. The...

I love my new 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX. It's gorgeous. The ordering process was easy and fun and the sales process was a breeze. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful in explaining all the steps we were taking. Steve gave us a fair value on our trade-in and explained his reasoning. Sheri walked us through the ins-and-outs of the car. I was delighted by Marc's explanation of the extended warranty and LoJak programs (who knew my car would be in such demand). I was glad to add the awesome warranty and LoJak to protect our investment. Everyone made sure that all of our questions were answered. We were tickled to find out the dealership is PET FRIENDLY, too (even though we didn't bring our dogs). The sales process was also pretty quick. We went to pick up our car at the end of the day and I got a little hungry, so I was happy to have a complimentary banana and some tea (just so I didn't get cranky). I have already tweeted about my awesome experience and I posted pictures all over my facebook page. GREAT JOB!

Subaru Superstore sold me a vehicle with a manufacturing...

Subaru Superstore sold me a vehicle with a manufacturing defect. The problem was not diagnosed until the THIRD time into the service department. Throughout that time I was not kept informed of the status of the problem. After our 3rd trip into the service department because of check engine lights, I no longer wanted the hassle of this car and also because the service department did not keep me fully informed of the status of the repair. A new car owner should NOT have to spend over a week without a vehicle with no indication of what is wrong nor how long it will take to resolve. A new car owner should NOT have to go through this ordeal period. After much going back and forth, I had to go to the regional Subaru representative to do the right thing and replace this car. HOWEVER, that rep NEVER asked me if I wanted the same car. Due to the manufacturing defect, I did not want another Impreza, but they did not give me a choice. Ultimately, I took the car they forced on me to another True Car Dealer (Power Subaru), who worked with us but we ended up having $4,000 negative equity because of Subaru Superstore not making us whole. Bottom line - Subaru Superstore does NOT take care of its customers even when the problem was the product they sold, not the owner. While they may make some efforts to do the right thing, ultimately they were not willing to go the extra mile for their customer. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a Subaru as this experience has shown me that if there is a problem with your new Subaru, you may be left without many options and certainly will not be taken care of by this dealer.

Dealer response

In response to this client review of our dealership, I would like to provide important information that was not disclosed by the reviewer. The vehicle in question did have an issue with a Check Engine light illuminating when the car achieved approximately 4,500 miles on the odometer. Considering this was a new model year 2012 vehicle, our service personnel immediately contacted Subaru of America Technical Support (SOATS) regarding documenting the issue as part of a product concern report. SOATS provided a step by step diagnosis procedure that we were asked to perform and report back with our findings. The initial procedures were performed and SOATS to provide the vehicle back to the owner for evaluation and a subsequent follow visit to record the outcome. The client was notified of the diagnostic procedures, time horizon, and required follow up visits per SOATS requests. The client's vehicle was picked up and delivered by our service personnel and a loaner vehicle provided during the diagnosis process. After a second follow revealed no change to the diagnosis, I personally contacted Subaru of America (SOA) and requested that the company initiate further contact with the client and suggested a new replacement vehicle be provided to the owner. SOA spoke to the owner, agreed to trade out the customer into a new vehicle at no cost to the owner and my dealership was asked by SOA to find the EXACT replacement vehicle in order to satisfy the client's request. Subaru Superstore located a vehicle (one of five available in the country), made arrangements to have the vehicle transported into the dealership and available to the customer within 24 hours of initial dealership owner contact with SOA. The entire transaction was directed by Subaru of America, with direct contact between the manufacturer and customer. When the client arrived to pick up the vehicle, she requested an entirely different model of vehicle, at a significantly higher MSRP price, and was told "no" by Subaru of America personnel. Subaru Superstore did exactly what we were instructed to do by Subaru of America. The client took delivery of the new vehicle and immediately took the vehicle to another dealership and traded the vehicle for a more expensive model at her cost. Subaru Superstore and Subaru of America did everything possible to satisfy this client going above and beyond to rectify this situation however, to no avail. The client provided an unfair review of my dealership and employees when in fact, we worked specifically on her behalf with SOA to try and satisfy her concerns and demands. In the end, the client was unreasonable with her demands of Subaru Superstore and Subaru of America. Richard Cvijanovich Owner-Subaru Superstore

Morgan was great! We really appreciated his helpful, relaxed/laid-back approach. He gave us space to process and we didn't feel pressured. He provided a very positive buying experience for us.
