Totally a Great Experience
If you have ever purchased a unacceptable car, then from you didn't buy it from Dave Cross in Lee's Summit. We have been blessed to have been able to work with a great salesman. Excellent customer service
I live on the Kansas side of Kansas City, but I drove out to Lee's Summit Missouri because my next door neighbor purchased a Buick from Dave Cross Motors earlier this year and had a good experience. Over the years, I have only purchased one other American car. The dealership was not too big so it wasn't overwhelming. The customer service was excellent and I had plenty of time to test drive the vehicle with my salesman. Each step of the buying process was not high pressure and all of my questions were answered. Overall, I had a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this dealership.

Customer service is very poor and GM doesn’t even care , took my trk to get repaired took them serval months to get right and never did only for me too get angry then got my money back without so much as an apology!

Nobody responded last time so I’m sure they don’t care now!
Bad service
Made our appointment to have ac fixed in August. My husband and I both heard the call in our car. September 21! We patiently waited and sweated through three weeks of hot weather. We got to the dealership and they said the appointment had been yesterday. Okay, with a simple call they could have gotten the car then. No call. Why take a phone number? So now we wait another nine days. Very bad customer service. We have bought three cars there in the past. This doesn’t bode well for our future dealings.

Horrible place to service your vehicle.
Horrible place to service your vehicle. Took over 2 hours for an oil change. They told me it was almost done twice, and then waited another 30 minutes why they are lunch. Never bring you car or buy a car here.

Complete Sheisters!!!
This place is dishonest and incompetent. My wife bought a used vehicle there and she was told it was mechanically sound and they went through the entire vehicle. Check engine light came on two days later after purchase. She took it in several times only to be given the run-around and some band-aid fixes. The problems worsened and after her Dave Cross warranty had just expired, they miraculously diagnosed the problem of being a bad timing chain. Because they were such sheisters to her (they also lied telling her she needed a new window motor when another place said it just needed to be lubed and that fixed it), she decided to go to another shop who confirmed the timing chain was bad. She paid almost 2000 bucks for a new timing chain and the mechanic said it was no way a new problem and Dave Cross should have covered it. She continued hearing strange noises from the vehicle and so brought it to Mcarthy Chevrolet in Lee's Summit who informed her the vehicle has had a Service Bulletin that just expired. Bad piston rings and GM would have covered that 100%!!! Dave Cross failed to inform her of this and make it right. The bad piston rings caused excessive oil consumption which led to the timing chain going bad...of course before she bought it. Went back to Dave Cross and spoke (for the third time) with Mr. Doug Reeser who argued with us, and even raised his voice at us on a couple occasions. Said that because we went to another mechanic, we were out of luck. Told him we would have never had had to go to another mechanic if they had dealt with us honestly and did their jobs in the first place. He admitted they dropped the ball by not addressing the service bulletin while it was still valid. I recorded this on my cell phone. He said he would "see what they could do" and promised to call us back within a week. He never called back. We left him a couple messages and nothing. Took Dave Cross Motors to small claims court and was awarded a judgment of $5000 plus costs. Stay the heck away from these guys!!!
