Disappointed
Most of the time we receive excellent service but recently we had a flat and came in on the spare. We were told we needed new tires. So we purchased 4 new tires there and had them installed. you can imagine our surprise when we got home to find everything just thrown in the trunk.

Great new facility for a old school dealership
They made the process fast and easy which is what we want. We new.what we liked just needed the right deal and a quick turnaround which is exactly what they provided. Matt cross was excellent we will be visiting him in two years for our next car. Hopefully Buick has a hybrid by then.

Always professional
For a lube and oil change I was there for almost 2 hours which seemed a little much. However, I appreciate that Dave did apologize for the wait.

Great experience
Was in KC Metro on business and visited Dave Cross to look at a 2012 GMC Sierra Denali. Puchased the vehicle after meeting with salesman, Don Paddock. My experience was very good. Don was very personable, knowledgeable on the product and not over bearing. Very positive experience with the staff at Dave Cross including receptionist, business manager, etc. thanks. Great service as always
My wife was warmly greeted by David Lee Cross and made to feel welcomed and appreciated. Dave kept my wife informed as to what they were doing to our car and when it was completed. My wife needed to be at a Dr's appointment at 9:30 and Dave got her out of the dealership in time for her appointment.
