I have had many experiences buying new GM cars and the staff at Dave Cross is by far the most friendly and yet professional group to buy a car !

Staff was absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to find the problem and made sure my handicapped cousin and myself safe! Thank you so much to a dedicated staff.

Even though it was a late appointment, I was pleased that they took the time to fix the latest recall.

The family friendly atmosphere make me feel welcome and comfortable to have my car worked on. I trust the mechanics when I am told what is wrong with my car. I needed a new remote-starter, but before they program the new remote the mechanic try to program the old one. This and all other services is what keep me bringing my car to Dave Cross Buick GMC. When General Motors had the recall on my HHR, Dave Cross did everything to make my grandchildren and I were save by placing me in a rental car. The love and concern that was given to my family when my son-in-law passed was another show of Dave Cross going above and beyond.

This was just an oil routine oil change. I was surprised that they didn't put in the longer lasting synthetic oil which I had been told in the past that it was recommended. I didn't tell Dave, the service writer to use that more expensive oil, but maybe I should have. Other than that, all is well. Thanks.
