Great Selling / Buying Experience

The service was excellent. Dealt with a chap called Sam. Made us feel welcome, found our ideal car, assisted us with the paperwork and advice, and generally made the whole experience painless. Would do it again

Amazing experience

My husband and I came in looking for a better car to make it more comfortable and safer for our 8 months old baby. Not only Anthony Boza was kind and attentive, he moved the car seat from our old car to the new one AND to the car we used to drive up to the warehouse. HE WAS AMAZING! He took his time and showed me all the cars I had in mind. We ended up buying the car of my dreams at an affordable price. Excellent Experience in Car Buying

The entire experience was pleasant from the moment you arrive; no pushy salesmen. I walked in sat with a sales rep who showed me their available inventory for the type of car I was looking for. The price was the lowest in the area (there is no negotiation; the price is the price). Financing was stress-free and had options (I don't have great credit either). At the end, the car was detailed and waiting for me. AWESOME EXPERIENCE.

Speedy process

Speedy process, i bought a used car in less than 1.5hrs, the sales associate Jessica Cecilia knew i was pressed for time and she made sure i was out in time . A new way to purchase a car.

Worst car buying experience ever.

This is the worst near car buying experience I have ever had. After checking on the vehicle availability multiple times and getting the run around, Eddy told me the vehicle was available so I told him I was going to secure financing and fly down to their dealership from North Florida where I'm located. I was told that I could not purchase the vehicle sight unseen or even put down a deposit because it would be a liability if I came down and didn't like the vehicle. He assured me that the vehicle would be available anyhow. I purchased a plane ticket to fly down in 2 days, and he was going to send me pictures and get everything setup. I texted him the day before I was to fly down, looking for the pictures and ensure everything was in order. He texted me back that the car had been sold and there was nothing that could be done. I explained that this was unacceptable and asked how this could have happened? Why wasn't I at least called first, and asked if they would be willing to refund the cost of my plane ticket which I now have no use for. Nothing. This was a very specific vehicle that I have been searching for and all he could say was, "We have a lot of other cars that you might still be interested in". Now, I'm stuck with a flight I have no need for that's non-refundable, a check for a vehicle that was sold out from under me, and left to wonder what other shady activities are going on at this establishment. I would definitely think twice before dealing with these folks or the chain as a whole. I hope this helps someone else.

Lies,denies-Buyer Beware of HGreg

Buyer Beware! HGreg's policy of "Trust Verified multi-point inspection", “if it’s not good enough for our family, then it’s never worth selling to you.” - Policy is clearly B.S.! I am very disappointed and pissed off with the mis-leading and outright lying from HGreg about this car. After many discussions and excuses, if not lying, I took my car to Ferrari-Maserati of Fort Lauderdale for inspection "During inspection they 'found front bumper undertray and all hardware completely missing. Along with Left hand front Wheel Liner damaged by tire". $786.48!! When I called to make an appointment to see the car, I was told by one of HGregs Assistant Managers that the General Manager had taken the car out for a drive to see what it was like to drive, and would be back in an hour. When I called back I was told the car was taken to "ReCon" and would not be available to be seen until the next day. That turned out to be 2 days later. I questioned what is being done to the car at "ReCon" and could not get an good answer other than getting the car ready for inspection. After 3 days of waiting to see the car, we saw it, liked it , Drove it and purchased it, mostly due to the "Clean Car FAX" and a clean history of being properly serviced at Maserati, Ft. Lauderdale before being sent to the Auction. Now I have proof that "someone" damaged the front of this car, and damaged front tires. It appears that HGreg deliberately hid this damage from us. They lied to us verbally and in writing. On top of that they told us they did an Oil service to the car and reset the Service Light before showing us the car! When I asked for a copy of the service order for my records, they told me they had no record of a oil service being done! True Con-Man, credo - Lie, deny; Lie, Deny. After $780 repairs by Maserati, Ft. Lauderdale to damages, and inspection and now facing a $1,400 Oil service, replacement of Brake Rotors, brakes, - Grand total of $5,500, I can try and enjoy this beautiful car - my 75th Birthday present to myself. HGreg is not what they claim. Don't believe their stated policy - "Trust Verified multi-point inspection", “if it’s not good enough for our family, then it’s never worth selling to you.” Truth is HGreg Lies, Denies
