I came in to buy a used car and already had a rough idea what i wanted. The first contact person was really knowledgeable and got all the information needed. After waiting to look over the car he gave me all the information needed and was also honest with everything. I was NOT satisfied with one detail which they should offer is free drinks or something, most people that come here have to be there if they are to buy a car with finance are there for over 1 hour. Why don't they have free drinks and maybe snacks this will be a bonus to your clients. Everything was fine and i would recommend them and have already

Stay away going to cost you way more eventually!

Stay as far away from this place as you can!! They will hook you in with their low advertised prices but after there crazy service fees $1400 you will end up paying they same or more as you would at a reputable dealer. I should have walked away but end up buying a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander for my mom. This vehicle was off site at their storage lot. After arriving there with my salesmen I noticed it looked like the front bumper had some sort of silicone sealer between the fender and bumper almost like it was half xxx repaired to keep it from falling off. I also noticed it had no spare tire or jack and log wrench. The salesman was quick to find a similar model to take the missing spare tire and tools from. He even asked “if I wanted to take anything else?” Hopefully whoever purchases that one check for the tire! The car drove fine but the bumper repair or lack there of it bothered me. After the test drive and finding out there was only one key or which did not have the keyless clicker just a regular key I told them to knock $500 dollars off to cover the bumper repair and the cost of the key. I went back and forth and walked away for them to settle on $400 off. They wanted to repair the bumper and allow me to buy the key at their “wholesale price” from them but reluctantly settled on the $400 discount. After looking closer at the car I can see that there are a bunch of spots of over spray on some trim pieces and elsewhere. Shame on me for not catching this before it was too late. I definitely would have walked away if I saw that. Who knows what kind of body work was done to the car! Trust me stay away after spending $300 dollars for the keyless key the $100 left over from the discount isn’t going to cover the bumper that is now starting to come off!

Compare with Carmax - they were ok

After doing some research on their website, we decided to go see a couple of cars they had listed. When we got to the lot, we were able to wander around the cars and check them out (they were unlocked) without anyone approaching us which I thought was nice. From the 4-5 cars we wanted to see, we were able to eliminate some due to things like a smokers car or other issues. When we got it to two we wanted to see, we went inside. You have to check in to be assigned a sales rep so we did and we were introduced to our rep who introduced us to their sales process. Interestingly, the carfasx for each car we looked at on their website showed some kind of damage. The sales manager told us later that this happens when they buy cars from the auction. After determining the carfax reports weren’t deal breakers on the 2 we wanted to see, Dairo got the keys and we went back out to the cars. One car had a dead battery (It’s happens - not a deal breaker - just means a new battery before buying). A jump start got the car running but could quickly hear the power steering pump complaining. Took it for a test drive anyhow and confirmed power steering issues. One down, one left. Got into the last car and the test went well. Well enough that we decided to move forward at the price listed. Even though our trade was a common model, the sales manager didn’t know what it was when we gave them the brand and model. These aren’t car people - they are order takers. They know the buzz words to say to shoppers ("oh look, a sun roof” or" nice color" or "that’s a big trunk”) They added a $900 “service fee” to the car and a $400 registration fee (because they will go to the DMV so we don’t have to - for $400 I would go myself). They claim they are a wholesale dealer unlike CarMax and their prices are less - until you add in their mandatory fees which brings their prices equal to Carmax. So off to finance. We were financing and although came with a pre-approval letter, they wouldn’t accept it and wanted us to use their financing. We were presented with a payment option for 36, 48, 60 and 72 months. They showed us optional services which we declined - even stating that we only wanted to buy the car, no warranties, no add ons. Yet, when we received the line item break down at the agreed on monthly price, it included a 4 year warranty and GAP insurance totaling $4000 extra. So a $13,500 car became $14,600 with fees and then $18,600 with the warranty and GAP. Overall, even with the mandatory fees, the price was good but comparable to Carmax and other large used car lots. Watch for the finance department tricks and you’ll do ok. We did buy the car and after a visit to my mechanic to check it out found we have nothing to worry about and got a fair deal. The whole process took about 4 hours so not bad. Happy with our choice. I’ve purchased before at Carmax and found that experience a little better managed but I would consider H Greg again if they had the car I was looking for onsite

Horrible service

I was sure of the vehicle I wanted to buy until I met the salesperson. She was less than enthusiastic. Basically I felt I was a bother to her my only showing up there. Really didn't get to interact much with her because she seemed not to care. We are not picky people, or want to be treated like royalty. We simply want to the salesperson to have an actual interest, or care. Unfortunately that wasn't the experience. I left and bought the vehicle at Rickcase Honda at a better price with a better salesperson. Would definitely not recommend. STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away

these guys are crooks! they sell you a car at a price with the OEM parts it's supposed to have and promise to repair all defective parts on it because they know they are selling a car that needs repairs, only to then repair the car with aftermarket cheap parts and refusing to replace them with the OEM original parts the car was originally purchased with. So they basically sell you a car a certain way then give you back a car that has been depreciated by their own doing without giving the customer any prior knowledge of what their intentions are going to be. they make repairs WITHOUT approvals and intend to commit fraud with their vehicles upon purchase. I would recommend to stay as far away from there dealerships as possible if you are looking for good cars and a company that stands behind their products and offer good customer service.

Car shopping

Went into dealership at 1230pm, did not leave till 720pm, the most horrible car shopping experience I have ever had. After the first couple of hours of standing around waiting for the finance department I should have left, don't know why I put my self through that punishment. The deal really wasn't that great.

Very good experience

Easy to find what I wanted and Julio our sale person went out of his way to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. Alex in financing went over our options and explained every part of the agreements. Cashier had everything ready to go. One small issue as we were waiting for delivery of our truck, it was being cleaned, the final process was to show proof of insurance, which we had done early in the process, but they did not want the Insurance card they wanted a binder, it is 10:30PM I have no way of getting them a binder, finally we were able to satisfy the requirement by getting a print out from my Insurance Co. Web site of the coverage. If we new early in the process a Binder was required we would not have been delayed on departure. Even with the delay, the process was tolerable since all the employees were professional and courteous. Over all I think buying at HGREG.COM went extremely well, a little tweaking of thier process will make the experience "Over The Top"

Don’t keep their word

2 weeks to make the car ready for export after being told it would be ready faster. Feels like every other used car dealerships where promises are made and not kept. This has made me loose faith in this company.

Just takes forever

Great place but plan on being there all day long . . The customer service was very nice and professional but the wait time is long. We got there at 10 am and left at 6 pm

car purchase

I purchased a car for my son and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the process compared to other places I have purchased vehicles from was a little slow. They have so many cars on the lot that they had to move cars around to get out the vehicle we were test driving and the process took a while. Everything else was great
