Great Finish

Check Engine Light
I purchased a used car from Hgreg and it hasn't been a full 3 months, I'm having to take it back to service for the second time. My check engine light came on while driving, I took it to Firestone to get a diagnosis and I was given soooooo many codes. My Jeep only has 34k miles and this shouldn't be happening. It's a 2015 and I'm very upset. I contacted the manager and he said he will call me back.... I haven't heard anything yet. Very dissatisfied.

HGreg Doral Horrible experience
Horrible experience.! Went to their Doral location to test drive a Lotus that has been on their lot for over 180 days. Gave them my license and they checked my driving record to make sure it’s valid which it was. So far so good, I think not. The sales person came back stating that his manager said it can’t test driven, unless the process is started and credit is ran. REALLY! Who in their right mind run their credit without testing a car specially a car like a lotus. They truly lost a client and not only that I come from the car business. I wil make sure to run people away from HGreg. I would always recommend them. Not a good look. No wonder they have had the the car for over 180 days. I would have truly bought the car if I liked the drive. HGreg. Get your act together. The sales man was a “True gentleman”

Good experience
I recently bought a car at HGreg Doral, overall a good experience, the sales person Gerson was very helpful the entire time of the process, which is very lengthy. The finance person Charles was very attentive as well. I would recommend you to go if you do your research of the car and have everything ready in advance (i.e. pay-stubs, title of car if you are trading your old ca, etc) music it's blasting like a club so beware of loud music.
