DON'T DO IT. WASTE OF TIME. SOLD ME A LEMON
If I could leave LESS stars I would. MUST READ, DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON AND WASTED MY TIME. This was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. First time we went our salesman was trying to help us and 3 other clients at the same time so we basically went out, looked at cars, got the information all on our own and did his job for him. We ended up being so unhappy we walked out. We went to the Hgreg in Miami on a later date where we met with a different salesman who was a bit more helpful but very inattentive, constantly on the phone with his friends, texting while DRIVING us around (who does that with clients in the car). Turns out the car I wanted was back in Doral but was unavailable and they would call me when it was ready. Day THREE of me trying to purchase a car, I get a call at 8 in the morning that the car was good to go. So, after work in Miami traffic we head back to Doral and go to look at the car at 5:30pm, THE CAR WOULD NOT TURN ON. This was a 2019 Toyota RAV4, way too new a car to have major issues. They had us go all the way to Doral and in the NINE hours between when they called me and when I got there no one thought to check the car and make sure it was actually ready for sale. The manager "quickly" took to action but we still left with no car. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience, but rather they assured me that I wouldn't be able to find as good a deal on a car anywhere else. That night I received a text that the car issue was fixed and we could go in to get it the next day. DAY FOUR, my husband takes off of work and comes with me to pick up the car, everything looks great. He asks to check a few things in the car (he has experience fixing cars) and they assure us that they did all the checks and would give us the paper work. AFTER FOUR HOURS THERE of signing the paperwork to purchase the car and getting the financing through, we're ready to take the car and then *drumroll please* they tell us that there's an electrical issue with the wipers and they don't work! And our salesman has the audacity to tell me "well you can take it and bring it back." UMMMM HELLO. THIS IS MIAMI, FLORIDA WHERE IT RAINS WITHOUT WARNING. IF I DRIVE OUT OF HERE AND IT RAINS AND GET INTO AN ACCIDENT I WILL SUE THIS PLACE. The car obviously had more issues than they were trying to make me believe but waited until I signed the paperwork to tell me. Needless to say we spent another hour UNDOING all of the paper work because no way was I going to take a car that had very obvious issues and the salesmen were all shady and just trying to get a sale in. Additional issues: - one manager we spoke with was very clearly sexist and tried to speak down to me, to the point I actually asked him to step away from me because I was going to lose my patience. -They make you pay $1300 in "service fees" (Ironic when the service is SO HORRIBLE) Moral of the story : STAY AWAY, NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL SEEMS IT WILL NOT BE WORTH YOUR TIME AND ENERGY TO WASTE. THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT TO MOVE THEIR CARS OFF THE LOT AND GET NEW ONES TO SUCKER PEOPLE IN.

Great Shopping Experience!

BEWARE These people are scammers
The car salesman tried to manipulate my son into putting my name on an insurance policy without my consent. This is illegal. His name is Roberto Cruz. Once he lost the sale because I refused to give him my information, he told my son never to come back. Please stay away from this place. And I doubt they will fire him.

Worst dealership ever. Don't waist your time !!
So I went from Palm Beach Gardens all the way to Doral, specifically to buy a used Metris Cargo Van, with low miles. To make the long story short, i came in at 10.30AM and left 4:30 PM. This was the longest time i've ever bought a car in my life. The only reason i went there was because this specific car was hard to find with such a great mileage. Secondary, the sales process was a joke. After negotiating back and forth on the trade in for the cargo van, I reached and agreement, only to find out during final paperwork that the van has only one key. To get a replacement is $425 at the dealer (because its a relatively new Mercedes). The car upon delivery was not clean.. was exactly as i saw it at the lot, had a quarter gas tank ( had to refill for another $35 to get back home). In other words i did buy the car just because i had no alternatives for the same make and model. Otherwise i would've walk away no questions asked. I would not recommend this guys ever.

Excellent experience - this is hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had from start to finish. Never felt uncomfortable, everything was well organized, no pressure. Brandon Thomas was the AMAZING! I did not expect this type of experience or treatment from a car dealer - wayyyy better than my experience at the BMW dealer.

They're A Bad Version of Autonation
All used car's are "As Is", they're "No Haggle" policy is only another way of getting what they want, not a lower priced car. The car I wanted but was overpriced but, the day after I purchased another car they dropped the price of the car I really wanted by $1,500. The only thing I asked of them when buying the car I did was, please give me a full tank of gas, my salesman returned from fueling the car and proclaimed "I'm only allowed to put $4 in gas, that's the dealers max. When I returned home with my quaternary of a tank of gas car I realized it didn't have a spare tire, car jack, remote, working USB port, front and rear mats or a gas cap (unlocked gas door) even. I find out the remote will cost me over $300 to get from Ford (can't afford that), $50 to get the code for the driver's side keypad, $35 for generic floor mats and I haven't even asked about the gas cap or spare tire. Even though I've owned several cars in my lifetime, it's been 25 years or so since I have purchased a car from a dealership so I am rather inexperienced and Imo they caught onto that n took advantage of me. As the car is "As Is" I have no recourse or leverage to bargain with, negotiate or take it back, lesson learned, we'll actually, two lessons, never go alone and stay away from HGreg, that's me though, I wish you all the best and hold out, there "No Haggle" policy is a sham, if nobody buys the car in a few days they'll lower the price, in other words, they'll do the haggling for you.

Great Experience will buy From Luis again
Louis was the salesperson I worked with, and knowledgeable and focused on customer satisfaction. He kept me informed from start to finish. I flew into pick up my car and he Was waiting on me at the airport. My search for a 2016 Cadillac ELR had taken me on adventure from Ohio to Miami to buy a car I had never seen, based on one mans word, and it all happened without issue! I definitely give the dealership 5 stars, and for Louis, well wouldn’t surprise me if he is running that dealership someday soon! Thank you for being there

Buying a work truck
The truck that I wanted to look at was at the service center. They were not at all wanting to make a sale. Finally after being aggressive about wanting to see the truck they finally got it to the dealership. I looked it over and test drove it and bought it that day. But since it needed a repair they kept and I picked it up on the following Saturday. I told them how simple was that deal. But there outlook is if I did not buy it then someone else would. Never have I had complain to look at a vehicle at a dealership until now.

Great experience
It was worth the one way flight and drive home. The experience was great and the price was better. Pedro was easy to deal with and even came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle.
